According to the "Qinghai Government Affairs", the website of the Qinghai Provincial Government recently issued the "Notice of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government on the Appointment and Removal of Guo Yi and Other Comrades", which:
Comrade Dong Yuyi is the director (director) of the Counselor's Office (Cultural and Historical Research Center) of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government;
Comrade Jin Li is the director of the Qinghai Provincial Government Service Supervision and Administration Bureau (concurrently).
Dong Yuyi was born in July 1981 and graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University with a master's degree.
Dong Yuyi worked in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, and at the end of 2010, at the age of 29, he was appointed secretary of the Communist Youth League Municipal Committee. Since September 2011, he has been working in Qinghai as the secretary of the Haiyan County Party Committee. In February 2015, he was promoted to a member of the Standing Committee of the Haibei Prefecture Party Committee and continued to serve as the secretary of the county party committee.
In March 2021, Dong Yuyi was appointed Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and in September 2023, he was appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government (director level).
Born in October 1980, Jin Li was admitted to the Department of Computer Science of Tsinghua University in 1999 and received his Ph.D. in 2008.
After graduation, he went to work in Qinghai and successively served as the deputy director of the Provincial Information Center, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chengxi District Committee of Xining City, deputy head of the district (temporary post), the director of the Haibei Prefecture Development and Reform Commission, and the secretary of the Ping'an District Party Committee of Haidong City.
In March 2021, Jin Li was promoted to Deputy Director of the Qinghai Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Deputy Director of the Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau. In 2022, he served as the deputy director of the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
In January this year, the Qinghai Provincial Data Bureau was established, and Jin Li was appointed as the director (deputy department level).
