Walking into the Jingjiang half-shaft factory, intelligent production robots are busy working in front of the hot processing furnace. From heating, primary pre-upsetting, secondary pre-upsetting, temperature supplement, forming to disc correction, these relatively dangerous steps are all completed by four robots, and only one worker is required to give instructions.
Since the establishment of Jingjiang Half Shaft (Hubei) Co., Ltd. in October 2017, the company has continuously promoted digital transformation, upgraded equipment and technology in 2019, realized the intelligence and automation of key processes such as forging, quenching and tempering, and turning, effectively improved product quality, improved work efficiency, and reduced safety risks.
It is understood that since October last year, the company has upgraded the automatic line of car processing and forging automatic line, increased 16 robots (sets), and completed the commissioning of robots and equipment in more than two months, and has now entered mass production, and is expected to achieve an output value of 150 million yuan this year.
Jingjiang Half Shaft is a national specialized and new "little giant" enterprise, a listed enterprise on the "New Third Board" of the Beijing Stock Exchange, and a member of the Standardization Editorial and Examination Committee of China's automotive half shaft industry, the company has 26 invention patents and 92 utility model patents, and the company's "Qiling" trademark has been identified as "China Well-known Trademark". At present, Jingjiang Half Bearing has received orders from more than 10 domestic automobile brands such as China National Heavy Duty Truck, Great Wall Motor, BYD Automobile, as well as foreign Daimler-Benz and Dana of the United States, with monthly orders of more than 50,000 pieces.
