Recently, Jilin Xinrui Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. 3650t/a fine chemical project and Jilin Xudong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. 4000t/a waterborne coating and its intermediates project and the management committee officially signed a contract.
Under the guidance of Leng Wei, deputy director of the Management Committee, the Investment Promotion Bureau continued to follow up the project and achieved gratifying results. Jilin Xinrui Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. 3650t/a fine chemical project plans a total investment of 225 million yuan, covers an area of 45,000 square meters, mainly building 2600t/a pharmaceutical, pesticide intermediates, 600t/a organic dyes and 450t/a silicone series products. After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual sales income of 300 million yuan and tax of 15 million yuan. Jilin Xudong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. 4000t/a waterborne coatings and their intermediates project plans a total investment of 156 million yuan, covering an area of 33,000 square meters, mainly to build an annual output of 2,000 tons of waterborne coatings, 1,000 tons of new solvent dyes and 1,000 tons of o-aminobenzoate methyl ester plant and its supporting facilities. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual sales income of 202.6 million yuan and tax of 13.62 million yuan.
In the next step, the First Investment Promotion Bureau will implement all-weather and full-process tracking services for these two projects, and fully assist enterprises to handle the preliminary procedures of the project. And with the formation of a normal communication mechanism with the project owner, timely discover the problems and difficulties restricting the start of construction of the project, and coordinate with the relevant departments of the management committee to ensure that the project starts construction in April next year.
