1. Recruitment conditions

3. Registration method and time

The size of the email should not exceed 500 KB, no other attachments should be added to the email, and each person was limited to one position.

4. Relevant arrangements
1. Written test
Documents required to take the written test:
1) Registration form (log in to the registration website to download and print);
2) Identity card;
3) Academic certificates and other certificates/certificates that meet the requirements of the post for which the applicant is applying.
All of the above documents must be provided in original and A4 paper copies (in duplicate). Candidates who fail to pass the qualification examination or do not show up for the written examination at the prescribed time will be disqualified from participating in the written examination.
The written test is conducted in a closed-book format and lasts 100 minutes with a maximum score of 100 points.
Qualified personnel participate in the written examination, the written examination form is an online examination, and the specific time and place of the written examination shall be subject to the actual text message and telephone notification.
After the written test, according to the written test results from high score to low score, according to the number of job recruitment plans and the number of people participating in the interview is not less than 1:3 ratio, the list of candidates to enter the interview is determined.

2. Interview
Interview format: Semi-structured interview
The interview score is 100 points, the passing line is 60 points, and those who fail to reach the passing line will not be hired. The interview format is offline interview.

Personnel entering the interview who do not participate in the interview at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.
Candidates should attend the interview at the specified time and place. When participating in the interview, you must also bring your ID card (second generation), and candidates who lack documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.
Total score = 50% of written test score × + 50% of interview score ×
Written test and interview scores retain 2 decimal places, and the total score retains 2 decimal places. If the total score is tied for entering the physical examination and examination, the person with the higher score in the written examination shall be the final candidate for entering the physical examination and examination.
3. Background check and political review
Zhaopin conducts background checks and political audits on the candidates' moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, authenticity of academic qualifications, professional experience, professional qualifications, and ability to practice. Personnel who are not suitable for employment after investigation shall not be hired.
4. Physical examination
After the written interview, the total score of the examination is sorted from high score to low score, and the list of participants in the physical examination is determined according to the ratio of 1:1 between the number of job recruits and the number of people entering the physical examination. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination and background investigation at the prescribed time and place for reasons other than the recruiting unit shall be deemed to have given up automatically, and those who fail the physical examination or political examination shall not be hired
5. Publicity
After passing the above-mentioned physical examination, background investigation and political review procedures, the personnel to be hired are determined. The list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the Zhaopin recruitment network, and the publicity period is 5 working days, subject to social supervision.
6. Make up
In the recruitment process, there is a situation of automatic abandonment and unqualified personnel, after the consent of the study, it can be made up from the personnel who apply for the same position and the examination results are qualified, according to the examination results from the high score to the low score.
5. Employment and remuneration standards
The salary is paid according to the basic salary and performance wage, and the "five insurances and one gold" are paid in accordance with the provisions of the state and the city.
Note: The basic salary level is paid according to the post and the conditions of employment, and the performance salary is paid according to the annual performance appraisal results; the five insurances are basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance, and maternity insurance; and one is the housing provident fund.
