On April 3, CCCC Third Harbor Bureau (Xiamen) Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. supplied concrete for the CCCC Egret West Tower project was successfully capped, with a vertical height of 240.4 meters and a total pumping length of 440 meters, refreshing the record of super high-rise concrete pumping in Xiamen in the past 8 years.

The project is located in the core area of Jimei New Town, Xiamen City, with a total construction area of 240,000 square meters and a building height of 266 meters, consisting of a 47-storey main tower and a 5-storey commercial podium.

Since the official start of the main project of CCCC Egret West Tower in December 2021, Xiamen Marine Company has always adhered to the service concept of "pouring your satisfaction with heart", and successfully completed the supply tasks of each node: during the May Day period in 2022, it only took 54 hours to complete the pouring of 11,000 square meters of large-volume concrete for the foundation raft of the main tower; The rapid construction of the aerial building machine used for the first time in Xiamen provides an effective guarantee for the pouring of concrete for the core tube, and the core tube of the project will be capped by April 2024, and the overall concrete supply task of about 95,000 cubic meters will be completed.

In terms of concrete pumping mode, this project adopts the method of "one pump to the top", according to the conclusion of the actual vertical height pumping pressure calculation, adopts 28 megapascal dual-power ultra-high pressure pump, adjusts the traditional pipeline layout, and the horizontal pipe is arranged around the core tube of the main tower, increasing the length of the horizontal pipe, buffering the pressure generated by the concrete weight in the vertical pipeline, and effectively reducing the pumping pressure; The high-performance concrete is pumped smoothly.

The successful topping out of CCCC Egret West Tower marks a phased victory in the construction of the project, demonstrates the core technical strength of Sanhang Concrete in the field of super high-rise concrete pumping, continues to consolidate the leading performance of Sanhang Concrete products in the concrete market of super high-rise buildings above 200 meters in Xiamen, and contributes to the construction of Xiamen City.
