General requirements for the management of earthwork machinery and equipment

(1) The use of internal combustion engines, electric motors and hydraulic devices of earth-moving machinery shall comply with the "Technical Regulations for the Safety of Construction Machinery" (JGJ33-2012).

(2) Before the machinery enters the site, the upper clearance and lower bearing capacity of the bridge and culvert on the driving route should be ascertained to ensure the safe passage of the machinery. For bridges with insufficient bearing capacity, reinforcement measures should be taken in advance.

(3) When the machinery passes through the bridge, it should use low speed to slow down, and no steering or braking should be allowed on the bridge deck.

(4) Before the operation, the location and direction of the open and dark objects (wires, underground cable pipes, tunnels, etc.) of the construction site should be ascertained, and obvious marks should be used. It is strictly forbidden to carry out large-scale mechanical work within 1m of the distance from the cable and gas pipeline.

(5) During the operation, the operation of all parts of the machinery and the indication value of the instrument should be monitored at any time, and if any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped for maintenance immediately.

(6) During mechanical operation, it is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts and carry out maintenance. When repairing (welding riveting, etc.) working devices, they should be lowered to the lowest position, and skids should be placed on the suspended parts.

(7) When taking soil near the pole, the pull wire, ridge and pole body that cannot be canceled should be left on the platform, and the size of the soil platform can be determined by the technician according to the structure of the pole, the depth of burial and the soil quality.

(8) Machinery shall not be close to overhead transmission lines, and shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.1.22 of the "Technical Regulations for the Safety of the Use of Construction Machinery" (JGJ33-2012) to set aside a safe distance.

(9) In the case of one of the following situations during construction, the work should be stopped immediately, and the construction can only be continued when the safety conditions of the operation are met.

(1) The soil in the excavation area is unstable and may collapse.

(2) Water gushes and slurry on the ground, and there is a car trap or a ramp slip due to rain

(3) Heavy rain, thunder and lightning, dense fog, water level surge and flash floods.

(4) Construction signs and protective facilities are damaged.

(5) The clearance of the working face is not enough to ensure safe operation,

(6) There are other situations that cannot guarantee the safety of operation and operation

(10) Personnel who cooperate with mechanical operations such as bottom clearing, leveling, and slope repair should work outside the radius of mechanical rotation. When it is necessary to work within the radius of rotation, the mechanical rotation should be stopped and braked before operation. When the machine needs to rotate the work, the machine operator should confirm that there is no one in the radius of the rotation before the rotary operation can be carried out.

(11) Construction in the rainy season, after the completion of mechanical operation, should be parked on a higher solid ground.

(12) When excavating the foundation pit, when there is no groundwater at the bottom of the pit, the pit depth is within 5m, and the slope slope meets the requirements of Table 2-6, it can be not supported.

(13) Mechanical operation shall not destroy the foundation pit support system.

(14) In driving or operation, except for the cab, it is strictly forbidden to ride or stand in any place of earth-moving machinery.
