At the same time, the nursing staff on duty at the front desk of the apartment received an alarm call from the resident next door to the fire room, and immediately notified the staff of the miniature fire station of the apartment to come to the scene to deal with it. At 2:47, the 119 command center received an alarm call. At this point, 55 minutes have passed since the smoke detector first alarmed. During this time, the two control room officers on duty remained unaware of what was happening.
