Although in recent years, ASML's revenue is very good, but the lithography machine itself is an extremely niche market, such as EUV, the world needs it, can use it companies, there will be a handful, there will be a day when no one needs to buy EUV lithography machine, after all, the audience is too small. Now the Netherlands is looking at such a big market in China, but there is no way, and the mood can be imagined.

At the same time, they should also understand that in this case, China's solution is also very simple and crude, that is, to do a full set of actions by itself, including the production and manufacturing of lithography machines, various raw materials, components, software systems, and so on. Therefore, if one day, China's semiconductor industry is completely self-produced and self-used, and complete localization is realized, then ASML may have to completely lose the Chinese market.

Therefore, in the first period, ASML said that it planned to evacuate the Netherlands, and the target countries included France, which naturally cannot be compared with France in terms of the size of the country, and if it really moved to France, it may have more right to speak.
