On the morning of March 20, the launching ceremony of Tianjin Rural Tourism Demonstration Area (Jizhou Chuanfangyu Area) and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Chaowan Valley Tourism Resort Project were held in Maojiayu Village.
The Tide Play Valley Tourist Resort is located in Maojiayu Village, Chuanfangyu Town, covering a total area of about 1,603 acres, with a total planned investment of 135 million yuan. With the theme of "Trendy Play + Sports + Ecology", the project mainly builds four major sections: trendy play interactive projects, sports event projects, ecological experience projects and cultural and art village projects, and plans Magic Castle, Sightseeing Rappelling Tower, Sunset Speed, Pandora's Wonderful Journey, Alpine Luge, Alpine Magic Carpet and other projects, with the post-80s, 90s and 00s as the main tourist portraits, differentiated positioning, new business format implantation, and attracting new consumer groups. The first phase of Tide Play Valley is expected to be completed and opened in August 2024, and the entire project is expected to be completed in May 2025.

In recent years, Jizhou District is building a net red road - Jinwei North Second Line.
The second line of Jinwei North is 31 kilometers long, connecting many scenic spots such as Limutai, Jiushanshan Peak, Huangyaguan, etc., with beautiful scenery and beautiful scenery along the way. After the completion of this road, it has played a great role in alleviating the traffic pressure of tourism in the northern mountainous areas, and has also attracted a large number of tourists to take photos and check in.
In 2023, Jizhou District will upgrade the second line of Jinwei North to create the "most beautiful heavenly road" with complete tourism service facilities, fashionable check-in elements, and unique characteristics.
