In order to do a good job in family health promotion, popularize the knowledge of "vector organism" prevention and control, further improve the professional ability of the family health instructor team in Taoyuan Town, and give full play to the role of team health guidance, on the morning of March 22, the Taoyuan Town Family Planning Association Joint Health Center held a lecture on family health guidance and vector biological control knowledge, and all the presidents of the Family Planning Association and family health instructors participated in the study.
At the meeting, Wang Aimei, director of the prevention and protection department of the town health center, vividly introduced the relevant knowledge of vector biological control through PPT presentation, focusing on the types of common vector organisms, the situation of harmful organisms, the habits of various insect vectors and various infectious diseases that are easy to cause. In view of the common mosquitoes, flies, ticks, rats and other vector organisms in the rural areas of our town, we emphasize the diseases that may be transmitted and reasonable and effective prevention and control methods. The lecture was rich in content and vivid in form, which played a significant role in improving the professional ability of family health instructors in our town.
After the meeting, the family health instructors of each village took active action and went to the village community to distribute leaflets on vector biological control and popularize health knowledge. Particular attention is paid to animal husbandry households, and the relevant knowledge of vector biological control is guided at home, and the health and safety of the people are put first.
In the next step, Taoyuan Town will continue to focus on the health needs of the people, carry out extensive science popularization activities, strive to improve the health literacy of the whole family, and continuously enhance the people's sense of gain and happiness.
