Thai tuning company K-Speed has always been known for its bold ideas, and has produced a lot of memorable small car modifications in the past, and this time K-Speed was invited by Triumph Thailand to set its sights on the Scrambler 400 X and Speed 400, the 400cc twin cars of Triumph, to give them a completely different new look.
The biggest change to the exterior of the Scrambler 400 X is the clean lines at the rear, where the K-Speed has recut the original subframe to create a sleek single seat cushion with leather straps on top for a rugged and uninhibited vibe.
At the front, K-Speed's own LED headlights and front fenders have been replaced, and the dashboard has been moved to the left to create a cleaner visual effect, while the original exhaust pipes have been replaced with a black version to give the overall look a more understated look.

Compared to the bold changes to the Scrambler X, the Speed 400 has been modified to be more restrained, with the K-Speed getting a black paint job with brown leather seat cushions, and replacing the headlights with smaller LED versions, giving it a retro vibe. In addition, K-Speed has also equipped the Speed 400 with its own exhaust pipe and pedal back shift kit, which not only improves performance, but also makes the riding position more comfortable.
