Qin song is not only a form of expression of music and literature, but also a symbol of the aesthetic taste and wisdom of ancient Chinese literati. Gong Linna's plan to sing qin songs started very early, but this seemingly simple form was difficult to start.
In 2008, in the mountains of Germany, Gong Linna invited Lin Chen and Wang Hua to explore the cooperation between vocals and guqin. Every day, the three of them drank tea and walked together, ran in and searched, and then tried to record the album "String Song Qingyun" in a country church, from "Huang Yingyin" in the Song Dynasty to "Flower Drum" in the Qing Dynasty.
As the so-called mountains and rivers flow, bosom friends are hard to find. Fifteen years of quiet music and bass singing. Gong Linna and Lin Chen met in Taoli, met in Li, and knew each other in the year of confusion.
More than ten years have passed, and Gong Linna has always been thinking about "Eighteen Beats of Hu Ji". "Sing all 18 paragraphs, nearly 40 minutes. How should I sing such an old song with no recordings to draw on? More than ten years ago, I may not have had this depth. Gong Linna said.
So, she found Lin Chen and others again and started the cooperation of "Hu Ji Eighteen Beats". Age sharpened Gong Linna's voice, and also nurtured her and Cai Wenji's sympathy across the millennium, both women and mothers, Gong Linna regarded "Hu Ji Eighteen Beats" as a "Chinese women's epic". "Lin Chen and I sometimes stop crying. The loneliness of being in a foreign country, the dilemma and sorrow sandwiched between the children and the homeland, sang the whole book, and Gong Linna couldn't cry almost every time.
On the basis of traditional qin songs, Gong Linna added sheng, flute, flute, xun and percussion to this version of "Hu Ji Eighteen Beats", which not only made the traditional form of qin songs of one qin and one song richer and fuller, but also made the vocal part more infectious, and the fans at the scene were able to further appreciate Gong Linna's exploration of qin songs and the rich emotions contained in them.

In 1999, she graduated from the China Conservatory of Music with the title of "Champion of Folk Songs" by the Ministry of Culture. In 2000, he won the silver medal of the 9th CCTV Young Singer TV Grand Prix in the professional group of national singing. Gong Linna's special talent training project of "Singing Classical Poetry and Retaining Chinese Vocal Music" has been supported by the Beijing Culture and Art Fund and the National Arts Fund. Lin Chen
The inheritor of guqin art, he has been studying guqin under his father Lin Youren since 1985. Since 1993, he has been taught by Mr. Yao Gongbai and Mr. Wu Wenguang. He is currently an associate researcher of the Music Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Arts, and a representative inheritor of guqin art, a national intangible cultural heritage project.
Participated in the nomination of the Guqin art of the United Nations "Oral and Intangible Heritage". He has published books such as "Touching the History of the Qin: Narrative of the History of the Qin in Modern Times" and "The History of the Qin", and participated in the recording and publication of the album "String Song Qingyun" and the album "Remembering the Old Man with the Sound of the Qin Rhyme".
Wang Hua
He is a flute player, deputy director of the Chinese Music Department affiliated to the China Conservatory of Music, a member of the Chinese Musicians Association, the secretary-general of the Bamboo Flute Society of the Chinese Musicians Association, the secretary-general of the Bamboo Flute Professional Committee of the China Nationalities Orchestra Society, and a member and one of the founders of the Forbidden City Chamber Orchestra.
In 2012 and 2019, he was a judge of the flute group of the "CCTV National Instrumental Music Competition", and one of the top ten young bamboo flute players of CCTV. He used to be a flute soloist of the China Opera and Dance Theater and the deputy head of the Chinese Orchestra of the China Opera and Dance Theater.
Nie Yunlei
He is a sheng performer, a national first-class performer, the leader of the Youth Troupe of the Beijing Peking Opera Company, the head of the Gong Gong New Art Orchestra, and a visiting professor of the Music Department of the China Academy of Drama. Judge of the 2019 CCTV National Instrumental Music Competition. Music Director of the opening work of the 21st Beijing Music Festival "Farewell My Concubine".
In 2021, he published a collection of Nie Yun Lei Sheng's chamber music works "Just Like You and Me", and in August 2022, he successfully held a concert of Nie Yun Lei Sheng's works "Yun Lei" at the Beijing Concert Hall.
Li Shang
Young percussionist, core member of Gong Gong New Art Orchestra, core member of Caozi Music Society, president of Golden Drum Society. He has studied under many famous percussionists such as Zhu Xiaolin, Zhu Jianping, Jiao Shanlin, and Wang Yidong.
