Biyun Greenland is one of the top ten wedge-shaped green spaces in Shanghai, linking Huamu, Jinqiao City Sub-center and Zhangjiang Science City, and the Golden Central Development Belt runs through it, with a green area of 3.4 square kilometers and a greening rate of 88.8%, which is equivalent to three centuries of parks, and is the largest public green space in the central city of Shanghai.
Biyun Greenland (Phase II) project, east to Guanglan Road, west to Jinqiao Road, south to Cuibai Road, north to Yunshun Road, covers an area of 555,000 square meters, including green landscape engineering, river and bank protection engineering, bridge engineering and supporting construction projects.
Implementation
The project is designed with the design concept of "let the city breathe deeply", the landscape concept of "autumn water mountain forest", and the ecological management as the foundation, to restore and rebuild the complete forest and water ecosystem. At the same time, with "ecology, humanities, sports" as the main function, the plant highlights "greening, coloring, preciousness, efficiency", nearly 100,000 trees of all kinds, nearly 1,000 kinds of flower colors, and color plants account for 70%. The total wetland area of the project is about 80,000 square meters.
The water body is mainly composed of Zhangjiabang branch river, ecological wetlands and small lakes. The wetland water system is connected with the backbone river of Zhangjiabang, and the wetland bank revetment adopts a variety of ecological types, rationally allocates multi-family wetland plants, and cooperates with the construction of landscape projects such as underwater terrain shaping, plank roads, garden roads, and greening, forming a river ecological corridor with forest-water complex, open space, and blue-green integration.

Through on-site careful research and sampling, and soil samples are analyzed and tested. In the end, it was decided to excavate the earthwork in layers and collect and stack the planting soil.
Through the fine management of on-site planting soil collection, the earthwork needs of on-site planting soil are met without entering the planting soil, saving time and reducing investment.
In order to ensure the planting effect, ensure the high quality of the planted seedlings. Control from the source, go to the nursery base to select seedlings and prepare seedlings to ensure that each seedling is beautiful, plump and complete, and transplanted with a full crown, and the site is carried out according to the drawings for terrain acceptance measurement to ensure that the terrain is full, the contour line is natural, smooth, and not waterlogged.
Before planting, do a good job of technical disclosure to ensure that the fixed-point pay-off is accurate, and the pruning is moderate, with a landscape image, shape and direction. After planting, do a good job of support and maintenance.
At the same time, the on-site planted trees are inspected every week, and the dead trees are replaced in time, pests and diseases are prevented in time, watered, fertilized, weeded and maintained in time, and anti-freezing measures are taken in winter.
