From March 5th to 7th, the examiners of the Beijing National Fintech Certification Center carried out on-site review of business outlets service certification and service certification for the elderly in 7 outlets, including Chengguan Branch, Dongsheng Branch and Business Department under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Pingding Rural Commercial Bank, according to the construction standards such as "Basic Requirements for Bank Business Branches", "Evaluation Criteria for Bank Business Branches" and "Requirements for Elderly Services for Bank Business Outlets".

Before the start of the review, the two sides held the first meeting of the service certification of Pingding Rural Commercial Bank, which was attended by the representatives of the management of the head office, the person in charge of the accounting operation department, the relevant personnel involved in the service management review system documents such as science and technology, security and the person in charge of the national standard certification of 7 sampling outlets. At the meeting, the members of the review team introduced the relevant certification system and the description of the review, and the members of the Party Committee and the vice president of the bank made speeches on the benchmarking and preparation for the review. After the first meeting, the review team conducted a management interview with Zhao Qiuping, the representative of the management of the head office, and conducted a service management review.

Subsequently, the evaluation team went to 7 sampling outlets including the sales department to carry out service characteristics evaluation on system management and on-site services.
