Title: Guava cuttings are not difficult, cuttings with leaves take root quickly, and novices can also learn

In my free time, I enjoy trying out various gardening projects, and guava cuttings are one of my recent fascinations. Guava is not only delicious fruit, but also has a beautiful plant shape, giving people a feeling of being close to nature. Once, I didn't know anything about guava propagation, but through some exploration and practice, I found that its practical leaf cuttings are not only simple methods, but also have amazing rooting speed, even novice gardeners can easily master it.

The story begins with an accident. One day, I saw a vibrant guava in a friend's garden, and the fruit was large and attractive. Driven by curiosity, I asked my friend how to propagate such a beautiful plant. A friend told me that guava can be propagated by cuttings, and the method of using leaves for cuttings is recommended. This intrigued me and decided to try it myself.

First, I picked a healthy guava plant and prepared some fresh leaves. I chose young leaves at the tip of the stem because these leaves contain more growth points and are easier to root. Next, I cut off the leaves with scissors and removed the base of the leaves so that they leave about 3-4 cm of stem segments.

Then, I prepared a shallow dish with moist sand in it. Insert the leaves into the sandy soil, making sure that the stem segments are buried about 1-2 cm in the soil and that the leaves are partially exposed. During insertion, the blades are handled gently to avoid damage. When I was done, I gently pressed the surrounding soil to stabilize the position of the leaves and sprayed the right amount of water around the leaves to keep the soil moist.

For the next few weeks, I checked the growth of the cuttings every day and kept the soil moist. After about two weeks, I noticed that the stems of the cuttings were starting to grow tiny roots and the leaves were becoming greener. This makes me very happy because it means that my cuttings have been a success.

Over time, the cuttings grow into a robust seedling, and the root system becomes denser. I transplanted the seedlings into pots and continue to take care of them. After a few months, these seedlings grew into adult guava plants and began to blossom and bear fruit, adding a beautiful addition to my garden.

Through this experience, I deeply experienced the fun and sense of accomplishment of guava cuttings. Cuttings with leaves are not only simple and easy, but also have a high success rate and fast rooting speed. Even novice gardeners can easily master this technique and make their garden more beautiful and rich.

In short, guava cuttings are not difficult, the key is to master the correct methods and skills. I hope that through my sharing, I can help more people understand and master the technology of guava cuttings, so that we can enjoy the fun of gardening and feel the beauty of nature together.
