The Realme 12+ 5G teaser reveals the design elements of the phone. The Realme 12+ 5G will be available in two colors – beige and burgundy – with a pure leather finish. The phone will feature a straight screen design with a huge round camera Deco on the back, similar to the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+.
The upcoming Realme 12+ 5G was recently unveiled on NBTC, FCC, DEMKO, BIS certification websites. The MIIT-certified list for the domestic version of the Realme 12+ 5G shows a rendering of the phone's design, suggesting that Realme will follow a unified design language across the Realme 12 and Realme 12 Pro series.
Meanwhile, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed the detailed specifications of the upcoming Realme 12+ 5G. The Realme 12+ 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. This is the same processor used in the Realme 11 Pro series, OPPO Reno 11, etc.
The Realme 12+ 5G will feature a 6.67-inch straight AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1800 × 2400 pixels. The smartphone will come with three rear cameras, which may include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 lens with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. For selfies and video calls, the phone may rely on a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Realme 12+ 5G will come with a 5,000mAh battery and 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The phone is said to come pre-installed with Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. It may weigh 190 grams and measure about 163 × 75.5 × 7.9 mm. According to the tipster, the phone will be available in a 12GB + 256GB configuration.
