This case is very similar to the Daqing incident, both because the child was noisy in the movie theater, which affected the viewing experience of others, while the child's parents were unreasonable, disrespectful to others, and even spoke ill of each other, leading to the escalation of the conflict. From the point of view of ordinary people, such behavior is very uncivilized and very immoral. In public, everyone should abide by basic etiquette and rules, respect the rights and feelings of others, and not cause unnecessary trouble and distress to others. According to Article 6 of the Tort Liability Law of the People's Republic of China, if the actor infringes upon the civil rights and interests of others due to his fault, he shall bear tort liability. If the child's behavior causes loss or injury to others, the child's parents, as guardians, shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation. Both the woman and the man felt aggrieved, both thought they were justified, and neither wanted to apologize, so they had to leave separately without watching the movie.
From a legal point of view, I think that the parents of the children are also suspected of violating the law, and their actions may constitute a crime of disturbing public order, or a civil tort that infringes on the right to reputation of others.
