At 13:40, Xiong Lei, the passenger attendant, came to the station and started the day's work. She neatly organized her grooming and dressing, and adjusted the radio, mouth flute and megaphone.
This year is the ninth Spring Festival that Xiong Lei has participated in, and it is also the ninth Spring Festival she has spent on the job. While others may seem to her to be able to handle all kinds of things, she sees every day as a new challenge.

At 14 o'clock, Xiong Lei arranged the key work of the day at the roll call: "On the first day of the new year, we must show the best state to let passengers have a good travel experience." All posts should pay attention to the safety of elevator riding, remind passengers with children to hold their children, and remind security checks to strengthen the inspection of dangerous goods such as bulk liquor and firecrackers. ”
At 14:30, Xiong Lei walked into the passenger duty room to grasp the passenger flow of the day, the stock road arrangement and the daily shift plan. This is an important part of her job as a passenger attendant.
"Today, there are 128 trains running at Maoming Station, including 115 EMUs. The flow of passengers has declined, but everyone must not relax. Xiong Lei informed the personnel on duty of the passenger flow through the radio, and once again reminded everyone to strictly implement standardized operations to ensure the safety of passengers.
"Passengers with reduced mobility and children can take the vertical elevator forward, please pay attention to the safety ...... when taking the escalator" At 14:45, Xiong Lei came to the ticket gate, staring at the order at the turnstile while guiding passengers.
At 15:15, Xiong Lei, who was patrolling on the overpass, was surrounded by passengers. "Where is the transfer channel?", "What should I do if I don't catch the bus?", "Where should I get out of the station?", similar questions have to be answered thousands of times by Xiong Lei in a class. Over the years, she has summed up the "three more" service method, "keep calm, empathize more, solve more problems", and handle everything perfectly.
At 16:30, Xiong Lei saw an elderly passenger on crutches on the platform. "C6977 Carriage 2 requires a wheelchair. She called for a wheelchair and stepped forward to help her.
"Attendant, there is a passenger at the security checkpoint who is carrying contraband and is unwilling to cooperate. At 20 o'clock, the radio heard the urgent call of the security inspector, and Xiong Lei turned around and hurried to the scene.
"Hello sir, according to the relevant regulations, the alcoholic beverages carried must be well sealed, and the alcoholic beverages with clear labels and the alcohol volume percentage content is greater than or equal to 24% and less than or equal to 70%, and the cumulative amount of alcoholic beverages does not exceed 3,000 ml. Please understand that you are carrying an opened seal and cannot be brought on the car. Through patient explanations, Xiong Lei successfully persuaded the passengers.

At 23 o'clock, between the platforms, a high-speed train and the EMU are in the same frame in light and shadow, one fast and one slow. "Please check the time and number of trains, so as not to delay your ......trip by mistake," Xiong Lei reminded passengers over and over again with a megaphone, although she has been busy for 12 hours in a row, her voice is still loud and full of energy.
At 3 o'clock the next day, the last train Z111 slowly left Maoming Station. The tense day came to an end, and the big guy breathed a sigh of relief and prepared to walk to the recess. Xiong Lei couldn't rest assured, and inspected the station again before leaving. Colleague Xiao Liu said jokingly: "Sister Lei, your 'spinning top' can finally turn a little slower!"
