The fungus and cockroach cricket in "Zhuangzi", one is born and dies in the twilight, and the other is born in summer and dies in autumn.
Their lives are so short that they don't waste time at all.
And people's lives, although they are much longer than them, are actually only a moment in the endless river of time.
In this case, why bother to suffer for the unobtainable, and worry about the trivial things of life.
As the old saying goes: If you are less than 100 years old, you often have a thousand years of worries. The days are short and the nights are long, so why not travel with candles.
On the long road of life, don't be too obsessed with the pain and happiness, gains and losses in front of you.
Everything will eventually pass, and the only thing that matters is to have fun in time and live in the present.
Remember: treat pain as an experience, take a lifetime as an experience, and live with your heart, and all good things will come as promised.

"Zhuangzi" tells a story of singing with a drum.
After the death of Zhuangzi's wife, his friend Huizi went to pay his respects, but saw Zhuangzi sitting cross-legged on the ground and singing with a tile, without a trace of sadness on his face.
Keiko didn't understand and asked him why he was like this.
Zhuangzi said: "The life and death of my wife are the inevitable laws of life, just like the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter."
Now that she has returned to nature and rested quietly in heaven and earth, why should I be sad?"
In Zhuangzi's view, birth, old age, sickness and death are like the cycle of the four seasons, and they are just natural phenomena.
Throughout the ages, whether it is the emperor or the general, or the small people, they cannot escape the fetters of life and death.

There is a classic dialogue in "Zhuangzi".
When Zhuangzi was dying, the disciples were very sad and said that they would bury him.
Zhuangzi refused, and said: I will take heaven and earth as coffins, and all things as burial goods.
In his opinion, fame and wealth, gold, silver, and money are just things outside the body.
If a person lives a lifetime, he can neither bring these things nor take them away, so it is better to come innocently and leave clean.
However, in reality, the reason why many people live a miserable life is because they can't see through this, so they lose themselves in the sinking of materialism.
They chase fame and fortune but do not feel joy in it, and they fill their lives with material things, but they feel more and more empty inside.
In the end, too much materialism ruined one's peaceful state of mind.
As the saying goes, if you have less desire, you will be calm, and if you are quiet, you will be simple.
Don't dwell on the things that you don't bring with you in life and don't take away in death. Let go of attachment to external objects, be pure and have few desires, and be content and happy, and you will be able to live this life well.

When he fell into a low point in his life, he cried, described himself as withered, and even refused to marry for life.
But the dead are gone, and so are the living.
After the grief, Wang Wei began to look at the world and self-reflection in nature, thinking about the mountains and rivers and understanding the world.
Gradually, he accepted all the hardships that fate had given him and swept away the gloom in his heart.
As he said: What is the reason why the world is cloudy, it is better to lie down and eat.
If the ups and downs have come to your life, it is better to accept them calmly than to blindly confront.
Just like Zhuangzi said: When the time is peaceful, the sorrow and happiness cannot enter.
Let everything go with the flow, so that the negative emotions in life will not bother you.
After all, it is you who hurts yourself, and only by learning to let go can you free yourself.
A person who does not hurt the spring and autumn can usher in the spring of life.

Later, he got another ancient water conservancy book, read it for a year, and claimed that he could transform thousands of miles of barren soil into fertile land.
So he volunteered to lead the villagers to build a canal according to the method of ancient books, but as soon as the ditch was dug, it rained heavily.
Floodwaters poured into the village along the channel, and the villagers were almost drowned.
Since then, the depressed Liu Yuchong has always said to himself: "How can the ancients deceive me?"
As a result, he fell ill and died not long after.
After reading it, Ji Xiaolan couldn't help but sigh with emotion, a person with a dull mind can be so stupid.
The most terrible thing in this life is the complacency of thinking.
If a person does not know how to think independently, he will be like a marionette without a soul, and even if he lives for a long time, it will not have any meaning.

Only in the unpredictable world can you and I find the fastest path to realize the value of life.
