Mental translocation

Changing and moving the direction and position of the mind is called "mental translocation." Mental translocation is to exercise the flexibility of the mind, which can be separated and used freely. If you want to keep your will, you can't leave, that's not good.

Up and down, front and back, left and right, inside and outside, belong to different directions. Put your mind in one direction first, and when your mind is calmed down a bit, then move your mind to another direction. When moving in a new direction, it is advisable to forget about the previous position as soon as possible. This change has been repeated over and over again. The speed of beginner transposition can be fast or slow, which varies from person to person, and does not seek uniformity.

Some people feel difficult in translocation operations, mostly caused by two reasons, one is the heavy mind and lack of effort in micro-words; The second is that the mind is not calm.
