On the morning of 31 January, the third meeting of the 11 th Lingshui Li Autonomous County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held its first plenary meeting to hear speeches by members.
Wu Haifeng, secretary of the county party committee, Luo Hua, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, Zhang Longting, director of the Standing Committee of the county people's congress, and Wen Chuanbao, Deng Mingyu, Chen Chunmei, and Li Yubo, members of the county CPPCC team, were seated on the rostrum. The meeting was chaired by Wen Chuanbao.
At the meeting, 8 members made speeches on behalf of relevant sectors and individual members, and put forward opinions and suggestions on rural revitalization, characteristic tourism, and industrial integration of districts and counties.
Committee member Liang Zhenyang made a speech and put forward a proposal on building Chiling Village, Yingzhou Town, Lingshui County into a model of beautiful countryside in the new era; Committee member Jing Yufei made a speech and put forward a proposal on building Xiangxiang Bay into a perfume town; member Long Dengdeng made a speech and put forward a proposal on further promoting the integrated development of industries in districts and counties; and member Du Daiyong made a speech on "protecting seedlings" for minors Under the background of the special action, suggestions were put forward to strengthen the protection of minors on the Internet; Xu Yun, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, made a speech and put forward a proposal on making good use of live red resources to carry forward and inherit the red culture; Tang Qingrui, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, made a speech and put forward a proposal on standardizing the management and management of property management organizations and improving the effective supervision of property service organizations; Hu Jiaoyan, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, made a speech and put forward a proposal on strengthening the management and protection of the Nanping Hot Spring River section; and Hu Shiguang, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, made a speech and put forward a proposal on the development of the industrialization of Lingshui acid powder branding.
A total of 122 proposals were received at the meeting. These proposals closely focus on the development pattern of Lingshui with "2+7+3+N" as the focus, focus on the hot and difficult issues that the people of the county are generally concerned about, talk about ideas, put forward suggestions, and offer good ideas, which fully reflects the enthusiasm of the majority of CPPCC members to participate in politics and the results of performing their duties.
