On January 25, the People's Government of Shanghexi Township, the Shanghexi Judicial Office, and Hunan Houqin Law Firm jointly launched the "Hunan Accompany Me, Rule of Law Together" holiday college students "send the law to the countryside" publicity activity, and 15 college student volunteers took the initiative to sign up to participate in the activity.

According to statistics, a total of 860 leaflets were distributed in this activity, a total of 197 household visits were carried out, and 972 people were promoted. In order to severely crack down on telecommunications network fraud, narcotics, and illegal fundraising activities, further advance the establishment of the rule of law at the grassroots level, and create a positive atmosphere for the rule of law in which the whole people participate. On January 30, Liujiaping Bai Township organized volunteers of returning college students to carry out the activities of "sending the law to the countryside" and comprehensive publicity on anti-drug, safe construction and safe production on the market day.
The college student volunteers were divided into two routes, one team went into the village to carry out the civil code, the constitution, the law on the protection of minors and other legal publicity, and the other team "set up stalls" to preach to passers-by face-to-face knowledge of drug control, conflict and dispute mediation, safety construction, protection of girls' rights and interests, etc., to help the masses establish a sense of learning the law, abiding by the law, and respecting the law, which was praised by the villagers.
Anti-drug volunteers distributed anti-drug leaflets to the villagers, explaining the characteristics and harms of drugs, the characteristics of drug production and trafficking activities, and the methods of identification. Through the drug simulation box, the villagers are shown the simulated drugs, so that the villagers can get in close contact with the drugs and recognize the "appearance" of the drugs. Villagers were told that during the farming period, it is strictly forbidden to illegally grow marijuana and other narcotic plants, and that they should actively participate in anti-narcotics activities and cooperate with anti-narcotics work.
