Integrate loyalty and support for the "two establishments" into the bloodline. Firmly support the "two establishments" and achieve the "two safeguards" internalized into political ideology and action consciousness, so that the core consciousness has become the most distinctive political background of the political ecology of the Yuanling People's Congress, and the most distinctive political character of the people's congress deputies and people's congress workers.
Adhere to the party's overall leadership throughout. Serve economic development with solid supervision. "Look at the money bag". Listen to the special report on economic operation, carry out special supervision such as mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and financial fund performance management, put forward 39 audit rectification issues, issue the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Review and Supervision of Government Debt", and build and put into operation the budget network supervision system of the National People's Congress. "Paint a picture of the landscape". Carry out supervision of the implementation of urban and rural planning, listen to and review the "Yuanling County Land and Space Master Plan (2021-2035) (Draft)" and the report on the implementation of urban and rural planning, and make resolutions in accordance with the law. Carry out law enforcement inspections such as the "Law on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and the "Regulations on the Promotion of Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Hunan Province", and solve problems and relieve difficulties for enterprises in a timely manner in combination with "looking for and promoting". Protect the ecological environment with strict supervision. Listen to and deliberate the report on the county's environmental protection status and the completion of environmental protection goals in 2022 and the environmental protection target plan for 2023; make a resolution on deepening and implementing the forest chief system in Yuanling County in accordance with the law; give full play to the role of people's congress deputies to help the consolidation of abandoned land; take the lead in carrying out the first national "Ecological Day" publicity and practice activities, and conduct satisfaction evaluation on the handling of the deliberation opinions of the "Huaihua City Park Regulations".
Promote social governance with detailed supervision. Listen to the special work report on the construction of the rule of law government, carry out special research on the protection and construction of villages with ethnic minority characteristics in the county, the economic and social development of ethnic townships, carry out supervision of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of townships and towns, supervise the rectification of the "one law and one method" issue of social security in 2022, support the court to carry out the management of litigation sources, promote the judicial sinking to the front line to resolve contradictions, attach importance to the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage, and put forward the "Guiding Opinions on the Inheritance and Protection of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of "Dragon Boat Racing" in Yuanling County.
Help rural revitalization with live supervision. Investigate the county's road traffic, rural subsistence allowance, social insurance fund, township sewage plant operation, rural water supply project operation and management and other livelihood matters, put forward deliberation opinions, assign a list of problems, promote the handling of suggestions, respond to the concerns of the masses, Yuanchen, Zhangguan, Guanxin three highway projects under construction to speed up, five township three-level highway project is about to be fully completed. We will work together to improve the quality of the county and change the old appearance of the county, and strive to promote the people's livelihood projects voted by the deputies of the National People's Congress, such as the sightseeing and leisure trail on both sides of the Yuanshui River, the Tianning Senior Experimental Middle School, and the second phase of the construction of the funeral parlor.

Intensify the publicity of laws and regulations in the field of safety and the inspection of law enforcement, carry out inspections on the implementation of "one law, one regulation, and one provision" for production safety, "one law and two regulations" for forests, and "one law and one method" for road traffic safety; supervise and urge the implementation of the selection and appointment of vice presidents for legal affairs, and organize people's congress deputies to carry out the activity of "bringing laws to campus in the new era" on a regular basis. Enrich intersessional activities, organize provincial, municipal and county people's congress deputies to investigate and inspect cultural tourism projects, people's livelihood projects and other construction work, promote the "double link" work, and visit representatives from time to time. We strengthened the handling of the deputies' suggestions, handled a total of 60 suggestions made by the deputies at the second session of the 18th county people's congress, and achieved three 100 percent of the handling results; we conducted a "retrospective" review of the handling of the recommendations of the first meeting, and promoted the transfer of 9 proposals from "B" to "A".
Promote a change in style. In Daxing's investigation and research, county-level leaders and representatives at all levels of the people's congress found 2,476 problems and solved 2,452 problems. Carry out work style rectification, continue to carry out the "three rectification and two promotion" action, open to "mediocrity and laziness", and forge ahead with "pioneering and dry".
