In order to deeply learn the lessons of gas safety accidents and effectively do a good job in the safety production management of enterprises, on January 24, 2024, Hu Changfeng, deputy director of the Safety Committee of Xilan Group, led a team to carry out a surprise inspection of Hongqing production area, aiming to further investigate and eliminate potential safety hazards and curb the occurrence of safety accidents.
This surprise inspection adopts the method of "inspection + guidance", focusing on checking whether the gas facilities and equipment in the station are operating normally, whether the gas pipelines and valves and other equipment are aging, whether the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are qualified and effective, whether the evacuation channels and safety exits are unblocked, whether the evacuation indication signs are complete, whether the on-duty personnel are proficient in the use of fire extinguishers, whether the fire safety system is established and sound, whether the fire prevention inspection and inspection records are complete, and whether the electrical lines meet the fire protection technical standards. There is no random connection of high-power plugs and wires.
Hu Changfeng, deputy director of the safety committee, requested that all stations should do a good job in fire safety management from four aspects: strengthening the implementation of main responsibility, strengthening risk and hidden danger investigation, strengthening fire education and training, and strengthening emergency response capabilities, so as to resolutely curb the occurrence of all kinds of fire accidents.
