It is understood that The three villages of Caigang Village, Caiwa Village and Xiayin Village in Bagongshan Town are the traditional tofu industry agglomeration areas of Bagongshan, with 71 tofu workshops, and since 2017, Bagongshan District has continuously strengthened and standardized the production and operation of tofu workshops and health environment management. Completely dismantle the old boilers used in the production of small workshops and replace them with clean and environmentally friendly boilers. A joint law enforcement team has been set up to strengthen the inspection and supervision of tofu workshops, requiring operators not to produce at night and cleaning up and transporting okara waste every day. The construction of the "Tofu Village" centralized sewage treatment supporting pipe network project was implemented, and the wastewater generated by the tofu workshop was uniformly collected and discharged into the urban sewage pipe network for unified treatment, and the project began construction in April 2017 and was completed and used in August. The construction of the BagongShan District soybean products enterprise incubator project has now been completed and put into use, and the workshop with a large production scale has been relocated to the agglomeration development. After on-site verification, after incubation and relocation and suspension of production, there are 37 tofu workshops in the area, including 25 households in normal operation and 12 households in intermittent operation. Establish a special law enforcement patrol team to seriously investigate and deal with ecological and environmental violations in accordance with laws and regulations.
