The company has done a good job in ensuring the supply of materials for key projects such as Chagan Lake ecological governance, carbon dioxide oil flooding, waste heat utilization, Xinmumiao 20, and Xinli Block III Zero Carbon Demonstration Zone, established a material operation table for key projects, and inverted the procurement cycle according to the demand time, tracking and mastering the procurement progress at any time to ensure timely procurement and supply. We continued to strengthen the management of material procurement plans, revised and issued the "Regulations on the Management of Plans of Jilin Oilfield Company", further clarified the assessment indicators of plan accuracy, and increased the plan accuracy rate of each unit of the company by 99.79% and the timeliness rate to 99.52%. Coordinate and integrate the annual material demand, steadily promote the construction of a comprehensive material business platform, promote the informatization and intelligence of the material procurement management business, and further improve the standardization of material procurement management.
02Focus on improving quality and efficiency, and continuously optimize the storage structure
The company continued to optimize the inventory reserve structure, and achieved a total of 553 million yuan of material storage and sales throughout the year, accounting for 12.92% of the total procurement value. Measures such as adjustment and utilization, design substitution and other measures were taken to actively deal with the backlog of materials, and a total of 3.5088 million yuan of backlogged materials were handled. On the basis of the initial establishment of the regional sharing pattern of warehousing, we explored the cross-unit material sharing and sharing mechanism in the region, and piloted 799.77 tons of tubing in the Qian'an regional sub-warehouse, so as to achieve the overall stable operation of material storage and distribution. 03Adhere to the problem-oriented and continue to deepen material managementThe company formulated and issued the "Key Points of Material Procurement Management of Jilin Oilfield Company in 2023", revised and improved the "Material Management Department 2023 Process Assessment Rules", clarified the overall idea, work objectives and specific measures of the company's annual material procurement management, and completed the assessment, supervision and inspection of all units of the company. We continued to strengthen the quality control of material procurement, strengthened the on-site supervision and on-site acceptance of important materials such as casing and new energy equipment, and promoted the extension of quality control to the upstream of suppliers, with a total of 4,073 batches of warehousing materials inspected and 28 unqualified material processing orders issued. Organize relevant units to carry out inventory of scrapped assets, and a total of 28,903 scrapped assets have been inventoried, achieving an inventory rate of 100%.
