Nanjing Huachun Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of Zhongnan Land Company's (Jiangning Airport No2016-G65 plot) project in 2017, which was completed and delivered in August 2019, and according to the contract, Zhongnan Land Company should pay the project price of 2,381,593.2 yuan on August 4, 2021, but Zhongnan Land Company has been in arrears until January 4, 2023 to pay the commercial acceptance of the payment (contractual).
During this period, due to the fact that Zhongnan Land Company has been in arrears and not paying, Nanjing Huachun Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. has approached the Jiangning District Debt Clearance Office and the Jiangning District Letters and Visits Bureau on January 20, 2022, and these two departments have also communicated with the person in charge of the Zhongnan project. The commercial acceptance paid in this period should be cashed on July 4, 2023 (6 months), and after the expiration, Nanjing Huachun Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. immediately contacted the financial department of Zhongnan Land to request cash, but Zhongnan Company has refused to cash it on the grounds that it has no money.
