Over the past year, the Provincial CPPCC has received a total of 896 proposals from the General Assembly and peacetime, and 715 have been examined and filed, with a case filing rate of 79.8 percent, of which 572 are submitted by committee members and 143 are collective proposals. A total of 1,929 motions were submitted to 89 undertaking units for handling, and 1,891 opinions put forward in the motions were adopted or proposed to be adopted, and the satisfaction rate of committee members reached 100 percent.
This set of data covers all aspects of the whole process of proposal handling, including "proposing, reviewing, initiating, handling, supervising, feeding, and evaluating", and is the best interpretation of the whole life cycle management of proposal work.

Pingshanjun learned that the provincial party committee and the provincial government have long attached great importance to the handling of proposals. In 2023, a total of 699 proposals of the Provincial CPPCC will be handled by the provincial government system, and so far, the response rate of proposals is 100%.
