Before, in order to get my son's bento, I bought a large bag of seaweed,
I feel like one day I'm going to get wet,
Poor heart to buy too big bags, thought it would be used quickly T_T
A few days ago, I saw my face friends wrap tofu with seaweed slices,
Then I can also make good use of the seaweed,
Plus I love using coarse corn flour,
So I made two different kinds of roasted tofu.

material:
A box of plated tofu, three tablespoons of soy sauce (adjust the saltiness yourself, each house is different in saltiness), two green onions (white and green separated), a 1 tbsp of weilin (if there is no one, mix with 1 tbsp of rice oil and 2 tsp of sugar), the amount of ginger puree and garlic paste is 2 tsp each, and the amount of water or stock is 300cc
Dipping material:
A. Coarse corn flour and sweet potato flour 3:1 mix and mix a little white pepper
Dry powder mixed
B. A plate of seaweed silk (take out a small amount first, to avoid taking too much moisture)
Beat an egg to scatter the egg mixture
method:
1. Heat the oil pot and reduce the heat
2. After sliced the plate tofu (about 1.5cm thick), wipe off the water, first dip the egg liquid, then dip the A and B ingredients, and fry all the tofu in order and take it out.
3. Fry the white onion, ginger paste and garlic paste until fragrant, add soy sauce and wei lin, add the fried tofu, and add water or stock to the appropriate amount.
4. Don't cover, turn over the tofu while cooking, let the soy sauce be wet, about five minutes or so, first take out the tofu and plate.
5. Continue to add shallot beads in the pot, roll out the aroma of green onions, and pour on top of the tofu to serve.
