It is worth noting that Horgos Fuji Culture Media Co., Ltd. was established in September 2015 and is about 99% owned by Wu Xiubo.
In June 2017, the TV series "The Alliance of Military Divisions of Sima Yi" (hereinafter referred to as "Great Military Division") was broadcast on Jiangsu Satellite TV, Anhui Satellite TV, and Youku Video. This costume historical drama received rave reviews at the time. Today, nearly 150,000 people have scored 8.2 points on the Douban platform.
According to the Securities Times, the economic benefits of this drama are also considerable. Including TV stations, online broadcasts and peripherals, nearly 1 billion yuan of revenue has been generated before and after. However, since 2017, there have been disputes between the producer, distributor and broadcaster of the show over the distribution of revenue, resulting in more than 20 lawsuits.

On November 24 and 25, 2023, Wu Xiubo, the actual controller of Horgos Fuji Culture Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fuji Culture"), one of the investors of the play, and the star of "The Great Military Division", posted on Weibo repeatedly, accusing Jiangsu Huali Culture Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huali Culture"), another investor of the play, of setting up a bureau with a fake official seal and a fake contract, resulting in Fuji Culture facing huge losses and him personally facing bankruptcy.
Dongyang Mengjiangwei Film and Television Culture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mengjiangwei"), a veteran film and television company that first participated in the investment in the play, has also been deeply involved in disputes over the show for many years. Since last year, courts in many places have enforced enforcement against Mengjiangwei at the request of the applicant, but the company no longer has any employees, no physical assets and bank deposits, and no business operations.
Huali Culture has repeatedly won lawsuits against Mengjiang Wei and Fuji Culture, and according to the court judgment, it will share half of the income of "Dajun Shi". However, in the past two years, the film and television, real estate and other businesses engaged in by Huali Culture and its affiliates have exploded one after another. At present, Huali Culture and its related parties are in a deep debt crisis and are involved in a number of forced enforcement cases.
In addition, the two listed companies that were deeply involved in the dispute of the play, Contemporary Oriental and Inji Media, have been delisted. For more than 6 years, the film and television investment dispute caused by Radish Chapter has been protracted, and many parties involved have their own opinions.
