After the research and decision of the Preparatory Committee, the emblem and mascot of the Asian University Student Dragon Boat Championship are now openly solicited from the public. 5. Solicitation requirements
(1) Emblem of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships
1. Design requirements. The content of the entries should be positive, healthy and uplifting, and should not contain any suspected ethnic discrimination, religious discrimination and other content contrary to social morality. The works should be designed in color, with bright colors, novel creativity, and a high level of artistic appeal and visual communication; The graphics are beautiful and concise, the composition is complete and coordinated, the form is novel and unique, the connotation is precise and symbolic, it inspires people to pay attention to, support and participate in the sports or peripheral activities, and ensures that the emblem design achieves the perfect combination of international, artistic and innovative.
2. Meaning requirements. The design should be precise and symbolic, fully demonstrate the dragon boat spirit of hard work, unity and cooperation of Asian college students, inspire people's hearts, enhance cohesion, reflect the image and spirit of the host city and country, adapt to the needs of media communication, have good visual effects, and consider the extension and application in the field of new technologies.
3. Submission content. The design scheme should be submitted to the electronic design draft, including: color design artwork (jpg format artwork, 29.7*21cm, resolution not less than 300dpi, need to include standard color value, standard font); Emblem pattern in Word format + creative concept text description (within 300 words).
(2) The mascot of the Asian University Student Dragon Boat Championship
1. Design requirements. The mascot work should fully contain the characteristics of the Asian University Student Dragon Boat Championship, conform to the spirit of youth and forge ahead, and need to be integrated into the regional cultural characteristics of the host city "Liaocheng", and can also reflect the richness and exchange and integration of Asian cultures. The image of the work is warm and friendly, affinity, rich in cultural heritage, full of positive energy and the youthful vitality of college students, which is in line with the aesthetics of the society in Asian countries. There is no limit to the creation of works, 2D, 3D, no limit to the type of form, and no limit to the number of mascot characters.
2. Title requirements. The mascot title should be creative, concise, catchy, and impressive, reflecting the values of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships or the mascot's personality.
3. Application requirements. The mascot should be highly malleable and can be extended according to different needs. It must have commercial development value and be suitable for the presentation, dissemination and re-creation of various fields, media, forms and technologies.
4. Submission content. The design plan shall be submitted to the electronic design draft, including: color design artwork (two jpg format artwork, including classic actions and three views, size 42*29.7cm, clarity not less than 300dpi, including standard color values and standard fonts), source files (2D/3D files are acceptable, including one set of classic actions and one set of three views), mascot pattern in Word format + creative concept text description (within 300 words).

Individuals or units (groups) can contribute, all submissions need to provide a copy of the author's information, including: the author's (unit, group) name (title), detailed address, zip code, contact number and personal (unit, group) valid certificate copy, scanned copy of the signed copy of the work confirmation, submitted in the name of the group need to submit relevant qualification certificates (legal person certificate, business license and other documents should be provided copies or scanned copies), failure to submit the email as required as invalid submission, the submitted content will not be accepted.

7. Evaluation and awards
1. The Office of the Organizing Committee of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships organizes relevant personnel to set up a review committee, and the practicability, creativity and design concept of the entries are used as the judging criteria during the evaluation process, and the principles of fairness and justice are adhered to.
2. This solicitation is a prize collection, with 7 finalists for emblems and mascots, and each work will be rewarded with RMB 1,000 (tax included). There will be 1 Excellence Award (the final selected work), and the reward will be RMB 3,000 (tax included).
8. Other matters
1. There is no charge for this solicitation activity, all submissions will not be returned, and the contributors must keep the original design manuscript for verification. Entries must be original by the author and have not been published or used in any form other than participating in this solicitation activity. The use shall not infringe on the rights of third parties, and in the event of an infringement dispute over the submitted work, the author shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility and be disqualified from the competition.
2. The copyright and use rights (including derivative use rights) of all shortlisted works belong to the Organizing Committee of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships, and the Organizing Committee will sign a contract with the author, and the Organizing Committee has the right to decide on the modification and use of the work, and the author has the right to sign the work. Anyone who submits to the organizer is deemed to have agreed to all the terms of this notice, and the Office of the Organizing Committee of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships has the final right to interpret this solicitation activity.

The mascot of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships is a work commissioned by the Organizing Committee of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships. The trustee shall design the mascot work according to the design requirements of the mascot of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championship. The work must be an original design, if it involves plagiarism, counterfeiting or infringement of the intellectual property rights of others, it will be disqualified from the selection and bear the corresponding legal responsibility. The copyright of the selected mascot works belongs to the Organizing Committee of the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships, and the copyright owner of the mascot works is the Asian University Dragon Boat Championships. The Trustee does not enjoy the copyright of the mascot work. The copyright owner of the mascot work has the right to publish the name of the creator of the mascot work design in an appropriate manner, and reward the designers of the selected works and the final selected works in accordance with the provisions of the mascot solicitation notice.
