The project will be delivered by the end of May 2024, but the mall has not yet been built, and the owners are worried about whether and when the mall will be completed.
Located at the intersection of Jialingjiang East Road and Changjiang East Road, Qingdao West Coast New Area, Jinqiu Yuefu Community is developed by Qingdao Jinmao Shengtu Commercial Development Co., Ltd., and the project is scheduled to be delivered at the end of May 2024. In 2021, the sales staff of the project announced to buyers that the new AEON Mall will be settled in the supermarket on the ground floor of Jinqiu Yue Mansion.
The owner, Mr. Luo, said that when he bought the house, the Aeon logo was set up in the sales office, which was very conspicuous, which made the buyers agree that the final cooperation between the two companies would be a sure thing. In addition, the project has also posted several promotional posters about "New AEON" on its WeChat official account. However, recently, the majority of owners have heard from various channels that the new AEON mall will no longer be settled, which has brought panic to the owners, and has also adversely affected the preservation and appreciation of the value of the house to a certain extent.
According to the owners, the average selling price of the project is about 18,000 yuan per square meter, which is a high price compared with the surrounding projects. "There were two AEON shopping malls in the West Coast New Area, and the surrounding buildings were relatively prosperous, which made us have great enthusiasm for the new AEON shopping malls and did not hesitate to borrow money to buy them. "In the minds of the owners, AEON (Jia Shike) is synonymous with high-quality business, with the location of AEON Mall, the property is more valuable, and it is worth buying. Now, the sales office no longer advertises the new AEON, and the promotional soft articles about the new AEON will be settled are also being deleted one after another, and the owners are eager for the developer to give a clear answer to this question.

At present, the residential buildings of the project have been capped, and the exterior decoration of the supermarket at the bottom is also nearing completion. Through a staff member of AEON, the information network learned that the construction of a large-scale commercial complex requires careful consideration and on-site research. According to past experience, when the official opening of stores such as Jiashike on Hefei Road in the North District of Qingdao City and Aeon Mall in the West Coast New District, the group registered branches about half a year in advance, and at present, the group has not registered a new branch, which at least shows that the group is not ready to open a store in Jinqiu Yuefu for the time being.
Under normal circumstances, the construction of large-scale commercial complexes next to residential communities will increase the added value of the house and boost the value of the house. There is no doubt that many buyers chose to buy a house in the Golden Autumn Mansion project for AEON Mall, which is a major event closely related to the daily life of the majority of owners.
