On November 14 of this year, with the approval of the Shanghai Branch of the People's Bank of China, Shanghai Feilo Audio Co., Ltd. was initiated and established by Shanghai Feilo Electroacoustic General Factory, Feilo Electroacoustic General Branch Branch, Shanghai Electronic Components Industry Company, and Jing'an Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shanghai Branch Trust Company.

On November 14, 1986, in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, when Deng Xiaoping donated a stock of Shanghai Feilo Audio Company with a face value of 50 yuan to John Verlin, chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, "Xiaofeilo" made the world sensation as "the first stock of New China".
In 1987, Shanghai Feilo Electroacoustic General Factory was restructured into Shanghai Feilo Co., Ltd., becoming one of the earliest listed companies in China, commonly known as "Dafeilo".
In June 1990, the State Council officially approved the establishment of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the shares of "Feilo Audio" were transferred to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the first batch of listing and trading, becoming one of the "old eight shares" in Shanghai. The establishment of "Xiaofeile" and the listing of shares marked the beginning of the reform of state-owned enterprises in a stage where property rights were the focus.
