Shandong Huayu Silver Storage Surface Treatment Centralized Control Project is located in Shandong Shanghe Economic Development Zone, which is a municipal key project in 2023 and the only metal surface treatment centralized control project in the city, with a total investment of 1.07 billion yuan, covering an area of 272.5 acres, an investment intensity of 3.93 million yuan/mu, a total construction area of 270,000 square meters, and the construction of 20 electroplating workshops and 2 wastewater treatment centers.
Among them, the first phase of the project has an investment of 300 million yuan, a construction area of 50,000 square meters, mainly building an electroplating workshop, a rainwater collection tank and a warehouse, a sewage treatment plant, and purchasing a complete set of sewage treatment equipment, which has been completed and has the conditions for settlement, and is planned to be put into operation in June 2024, and the second phase has an investment of 770 million yuan, planning to build an electroplating workshop of 220,000 square meters and a wastewater treatment center, which has started construction.
At present, it has signed surface treatment cooperation agreements with two companies, Guangri Elevator Equipment Co., Ltd. and Yaohui Metal Technology Co., Ltd., and is negotiating cooperation with 10 enterprises such as the Institute of Optics and Physics. After the completion of the project, it will help improve the city's intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment industry chain, with an annual output value of 4 billion yuan, a tax revenue of 230 million yuan, 2,000 new jobs, and an input-output rate of 34%.
Linuo Special Glass high-end pharmaceutical packaging project
Linuo Special Glass High-end Pharmaceutical Packaging Project is located in Yuhuangmiao Area, Shanghe Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, which is a major provincial implementation project in 2023, the first major investment project of Shandong Linuo Special Glass Co., Ltd. after its listing, and also the traction project of the company to move towards the high-end of the pharmaceutical glass industry chain, with a total investment of 2.56 billion yuan, covering an area of 521.2 mu, an investment intensity of 4.912 million yuan/mu, and a total construction area of 256,000 square meters.
Among them, the first phase of the project has an investment of 560 million yuan, covering an area of 92 acres, using independent research and development technology, a new borosilicate pharmaceutical molded glass bottle production line, and 65 controlled glass bottle production lines, which have been completed and put into operation, which solves the problem of "stuck neck" of glass tubing dependent on imports and realizes domestic substitution. The second phase of the project has an investment of 2 billion yuan and a construction area of 222,000 square meters, and has started construction.
After completion, it will effectively expand the company's borosilicate molded bottle production capacity, lead the accelerated development of the optoelectronic information technology industry with optical glass, and help the high-quality development of the biomedical industry with high-end pharmaceutical packaging. After the project is completed and put into production, it can produce 1.6 billion borosilicate tube bottles and 120,000 tons of borosilicate molded bottles annually, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2.52 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of more than 130 million yuan, and an input-output rate of 14.8%.
Jinan Hot Spring Flower Valley Project
Jinan Hot Spring Flower Valley Project is located in Shanghe County National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, which is a municipal key project in 2023, with a total investment of 1.15 billion yuan, covering an area of 700 acres, an investment intensity of 1.643 million yuan/mu, and a total construction area of 370,000 square meters.
The project is planned and laid out as "one institute, one port and two bases", of which the "one institute" is the Jinan Flower Industry Research Institute, which will build a germplasm bank of flower varieties, collect and preserve famous and high-quality flower varieties such as phalaenopsis, anthurium, and hydrangea for a long time, screen and develop new strains, and promote the application of new varieties; "One port" is a 90,000-square-meter hot spring flower port commercial block and a 20,000-square-meter flower expo exhibition center, and is committed to building the province's first new flower retail complex; The "two bases" are 200,000 square meters of anthurium flower R&D and production base and 60,000 square meters of orchid seedling production base. The project has been put into operation, which is an integrated development complex of the whole flower industry chain integrating R&D, tissue culture, production, sales, distribution, display and service in Shanghe County.
After the completion of the project, it can produce 40 million famous and high-quality flower seedlings and 9 million famous and high-quality finished flowers annually, with an annual output value of 510 million yuan, driving the income of 200 million yuan in service industries such as exhibition tourism, accommodation and catering, commerce and retail, with an input-output rate of 35.9% and more than 1,000 jobs. In 2023, it will achieve an additional output value of 300 million yuan.
