Method:

Then remove the foam from the egg mixture, cover it with plastic wrap, prick a few small holes, or cover the plate, put it in the pot and steam for eight minutes.
Rinse the pork and chop it into minced pieces, preferably with some fat. Heat oil in another pot, pour in the minced meat, and sauté for a few minutes.

2. Mutton - fried lamb with green onions
Method:
Clean the green onions, cut them into small pieces with an oblique knife, and separate the white and green onions. Rinse the mutton, cut it into thin slices, then add cooking wine, sugar, salt, cumin powder, starch and mix evenly, and marinate for ten minutes.
Add oil to the pot, the amount is more, after heating, put in the green onion white, fry the fragrance, and then pour in the mutton and stir-fry until it changes color.

3. Beef - steamed beef with vermicelli
Method:
Rinse the beef, cut it into thin slices, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, starch, green onion and ginger juice and mix evenly until the water is absorbed, then marinate for 15 minutes.
Put the vermicelli in a bowl, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then cut into small pieces and put them on a plate. Minced ginger and millet pepper rings are ready.
After 15 minutes, add the tempeh, minced ginger, millet pepper rings, and oil, stir well, and continue to marinate for 5 minutes.
Once marinated, spread the beef on top of the vermicelli and steam it in a pot for 15 minutes. Finally, after steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pour a spoonful of hot oil, and serve.

Method:
Remove the husk of the peas and clean them. Brush the bacon and cut it into thin slices. Rinse the dried chili peppers and cut them into small pieces.

5. Shiitake mushroom - mushroom abalone
Method:
Fresh shiitake mushrooms are ready, remove the stems with scissors, it is not recommended to pull them by hand, and cut them out more flat.
