Preface
The charging head network got a fast-charging power bank with its own wire, which has a built-in 20,000mAh capacity battery and supports 22.5W fast charging. The power bank comes with a USB-C cable, which can be used to connect to the mobile phone for charging, or it can be connected to the charger to charge the power bank.
The Anker power bank has a percentage battery display and also has USB-A and USB-C ports. There is a stand on the side of the fuselage, which can be used to place the mobile phone, which is convenient for watching videos on the horizontal screen. Let's bring a dismantling of Anker's self-wired mobile power supply, and take a look at the internal materials and design.
Anker comes with a wired fast charging power bank out of the box
THE BOX IS A CLASSIC DESIGN WITH THE ANKER BRAND AND SERIES 3 PRINTED ON THE FRONT.
The detailed specifications of the product are printed on the sticker on the back.
Close-up of the parameters on the sticker, and then introduce it in detail to the physical link of the product below.
In addition to the mobile power supply body, there are also instruction manuals, warranty cards, product certificates, etc.
Anker's own wired fast charging power bank has a blue color scheme throughout, and the body shell indicates a main matte finish, with rounded edges.
The front of the fuselage is designed with the ANKER brand through a glossy backlash, and there is a power digital display screen on the right side.
The digital display screen can accurately display the remaining power of the power bank, and users do not need to guess blindly.
There is a power button on the side.
Product specifications are printed on the back housing

One of the highlights of the product is that it comes with a USB-C two-way fast charging cable, which can be directly connected to the charger or device to achieve 20W PD fast charging input or 20W/22.5W fast charging output. In addition, there are storage slots and locks at the end of the fuselage, so that the cable can also be used as a rope lifter, further improving the practicality of the product.
The same end is also equipped with 1A1C dual fast charging interfaces, the interface cores are blue, and the USB-C interface also supports two-way fast charging.
Another major design point of the product is that the other end of the fuselage is equipped with a bracket that can be slid and stored, and a bulge is provided to facilitate sliding.
The holder can be taken out to fix the phone by sliding, and the phone can be used as a stand during travel, freeing the user's hands.
The net weight of the power bank is about 344g.
The USB-C cable supports FCP, SCP, AFC, QC3.0, PD3.0, and DCP charging protocols as measured by the ChargerLAB POWER-Z KM003C.
PDO packets show that it also has three sets of fixed voltage ranges: 5.2V2A, 9V2A, and 12V1.5A.
It is found that the USB-C port is compatible with the same protocol as the USB-C cable, and the PDO packets are the same.
The USB-A port supports Apple 2.4A, DCP, Samsung 5V2A, QC2.0/3.0, AFC, FCP, and SCP charging protocols.
Finally, use the charger to charge it through the USB-C interface of the mobile power supply, and the output power of the measured charger is 11.9V 1.6A 19.2W, and the 12V1.67A PD fast charging is successfully turned on.
Anker's own wired fast charging power bank is disassembled
After reading the unboxing and testing of this mobile power bank, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal materials and design.
First of all, along the seam of the shell, pry open the mobile power supply shell, and the shell is fixed with a buckle.
The shell is made of ABS+PC plastic.
The power bank battery is pasted with foam buffer, and there is a PCBA module on the left side for battery charging and fast charging output.
A thermistor is attached to the battery with thermal conductive adhesive and fixed with high-temperature tape to detect the battery temperature.
Remove the battery pack from the inside of the case, and the battery pack is fixed to the inside of the case by sticking double-sided tape.
The power bank has two built-in batteries connected in parallel.
Tear off the foam tape and have a battery protection plate inside. The battery tabs are connected by spot welding, and the output line is welded.
The all-in-one battery protection chip is from Saixin Micro, model XB8989G, which is used for battery overcharge, over-discharge and over-current protection.
The built-in battery thickness of the power bank is 12mm, the width is 62mm, the length is 80mm, the capacity of a single battery is 10000mAh, the rated voltage is 3.7V, the charging limit voltage is 4.4V, and the energy is 37Wh. Two batteries are connected in parallel to form a 20,000mAh capacity.
The power bank comes with a cable and is fixed inside the shell with a line card.
Power bank PCBA module welds magnetic ring inductor, filtering solid state capacitor, USB-C female and USB-A female connector.
The back of the PCBA module is soldered with a protocol chip, a mobile power main control chip, an MCU for the LED digital display screen driver and two VBUS switch tubes.
