The main body of the Gendome 15000mAh power bank is made of aluminum alloy shell, and the surface is sprayed with silver-gray metallic paint.

The battery indicator lights up a light blue light, and each of the four indicators represents 25% of the battery, which can be roughly the remaining power according to the number of lights.
The back of the fuselage is designed with a cable management slot, and there is a USB-C3 port in the slot. At the same time, the product is also equipped with USB-C to USB-C data cable and USB-C to Lightning cable, which are suitable for cable management slot, which is easy to carry and use.
By loading the cables into the cable management duct at a glance, users can flexibly choose the cables they need to carry according to the situation.

Gendome 15000mAh power bank dismantling
After reading the appearance and test of this mobile power supply, let's disassemble it and take a look at the internal scheme and materials.
First, pry off the wireless charging cover plate of the watch on the side of the power bank.
Inside the cover are fixing screws and a wireless charging coil.

The wireless charging coil that charges the Apple Watch is connected by soldering.
Unscrew the fixing screws, solder and disassemble the connection between the battery and the PCBA module, and remove the battery and CBA module from the frame.
The front of the PCBA module is soldered, the USB-C and USB-A receptacles are soldered on the left, the fuel gauge detection button is soldered to the right, the battery protection circuit, the protocol chip, the VBUS switch tube, the synchronous buck-boost circuit and the wireless charging chip.
A thermistor is welded on the back to detect the battery temperature.
The buck-boost chip is from Nanxin Technology, model SC8815, which is used for DC input buck-boost voltage conversion, charging the built-in battery and USB-C interface output. SC8815 is a bidirectional synchronous buck-boost controller with integrated I2C interface, supporting 2.5-36V input and output voltage ranges, supporting battery charging, in which the battery charging current and voltage, reverse discharge output voltage, input and output current limit can be controlled by the I2C bus, the chip has under-voltage protection, over-voltage protection and over-current protection, and supports short-circuit protection and over-thermal shutdown protection.

The half-bridge MOS transistor at the end of the battery is from Tuofeng, model TF025N06NG, NMOS, withstand voltage 60V, conduction resistance 2.5mΩ, and is packaged in PDFNWB5*6-8L.
The two MOS tubes on the output half-bridge are of the same type.
The input filter capacitor specification is 100μF 16V.

The wireless charging main control chip adopts Yingjixin IP6829, which is a wireless charging transmitter control SoC chip, compatible with the latest WPC Qi V1.3 standard, supporting A11, A11a, MP-A2 coils, supporting 5W, Apple 7.5W, Samsung 10W, 15W wireless charging. IP6829 integrates full-bridge drive circuit and voltage & current ASK communication demodulation module, which has a high degree of integration, effectively reducing the solution size and BOM cost.

The protocol chip comes from Xinhai Technology, model CSU3AF10, and is a USB-C controller that supports USB Type-C and PD3.0 fast charging protocols. CSU3AF10 built-in 8-bit RISC core, built-in 32K*16-bit FLASH, built-in 2K SRAM, and supports two independent Type-C ports. It supports QC4, supports Huawei SCP, FCP, Samsung AFC fast charging protocols, and supports a variety of fast charging protocols.
CSU3AF10 supports external NTC overtemperature detection, provides QFN28/QFN24 package, is suitable for fast charging source, HUB and DOCK applications, and adds USB PD3.1, UFCS and other fast charging protocols.

Summary of the dismantling of the charging head network
