"Edible crickets are rich in protein and high in amino acids. It is understood that crickets can be farmed all year round under the condition of maintaining room temperature, and a cricket takes about 40 days from eggs to adults, which is not affected by the season. At present, the market price ranges from 50 yuan to 100 yuan a catty.
"At present, the development of our breeding base is not bad, mainly sold to all parts of the country through online sales channels, and the market is in short supply. Take online sales as an example, there are more than 100 orders a day, and sometimes I don't dare to take orders and can't raise them.
