1. 24 hours a day, trucks with emission standards of China III and below are prohibited from entering the area within the Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, not included).
2. 24 hours a day, sanitation vehicles and concrete trucks with emission standards of China IV and below are prohibited from entering the area within the Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202, inclusive).
3. From 7:00 to 19:30 every day, trucks are prohibited from entering Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202) through toll stations and interchanges; 17:00 to 19:30) from the nearest toll station (except Tianfu Toll Station, Jincheng Lake Toll Station) or interchange to the outer area of Chengdu Ring Expressway (G4202) or the service area of Ring Expressway.
4. Recently, the Huaneng Lemen (II) 600,000 kilowatt offshore wind power project was connected to the grid for power generation, marking the completion and operation of the first batch of demonstration projects of the national 10 million kilowatt offshore wind power base in eastern Guangdong. Huaneng Lemen (II) Offshore Wind Power Project is a key project of Guangdong Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan, located in the southern waters of Nanao Island in Shantou, with a total installed capacity of 600,000 kilowatts and 54 11 MW direct-drive offshore wind turbines, making it the largest single offshore wind power project in eastern Guangdong. After the project is put into operation, it can provide 2 billion kWh of clean electricity every year, save 650,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.8 million tons, which is equivalent to planting 5,200 hectares of trees, with significant economic, social and environmental benefits, which is of great significance for promoting local energy transformation and accelerating the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
