Green Building Materials Industrial Park project is a key project at the municipal level in 2023, covering an area of 180 acres, building multi-storey standardized workshops for small and micro enterprises, large and medium-sized standardized customized workshops and supporting facilities, etc., with a total construction area of 216,000 square meters. At present, some production lines have started production and operation. The overall positioning of the project is a provincial-level green building materials industry science and technology innovation base, aiming to build a new urban kinetic energy area of innovation, production, office, display, scientific research, life and culture, create a comprehensive enterprise development platform driven by the "three cores" of ABP, small and micro intelligent innovation and government guidance, and form an urban green building materials hub complex with "four flows in one" of logistics, business flow, capital flow and information flow. The rotor spinning smart factory project invested in the construction by Guanxing Group, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covers an area of 72 acres, and will build 26,000 square meters of workshops, 10,000 square meters of warehouses and 6,000 square meters of supporting facilities. There are 4 sets of new upper cleaning and carding machines, 12 sets of drawing frames, 20,000 spindles of rotor spinning machines, 200,000 spindles of ring spinning, 2 sets of blanket machines, 10 sets of energy-saving air conditioning units and the Internet of Things intelligent management system, and is committed to building the first new rotor spinning smart factory in China. "The project will strive to create China's first 'rotor spinning smart factory', relying on 5G Internet of Things technology, integrating the latest technological achievements in the industry, building a rotor spinning production line with equipment automation, information digitization and intelligent management, and contributing to the technological progress and product upgrading of China's textile industry. After the completion of the project, it will have an annual output of 27,000 tons of Lai-cotton blended yarn and an additional annual output value of 920 million yuan.
