Wu Yiqiao, member of the party group and deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, introduced that the play is one of the first 10 dramas in Jiangsu's 2023-2025 key TV drama topic selection plan.
The main creative team went deep into the actual work and life of firefighters, and in the immersive experience of eating and living together, they empathized with the joys, sorrows and sorrows of firefighters as ordinary people. Wu Yiqiao said that the success of this drama has also accumulated valuable experience for Jiangsu TV series Liyuan Climbing. Ji Daoqing, the chief producer of the show, shared his original intention of creation, he said that "He Came from the Fire" conveys the style of firefighters with the structure of "hardcore + love", and expects more excellent firefighting-themed dramas to appear.
Yin Jiapeng, the squad leader of the special service squad of the Fudong Road Fire and Rescue Station of the Changzhou Fire and Rescue Detachment of Jiangsu Province, shared his viewing feelings. He believes that the play allows the audience to have a deeper understanding of the story behind firefighters and the diversity of this profession, which is not only a description of the profession of firefighters, but also a reverence and reflection on life. Zhou Xiang, chief of the News and Publicity Section of the Changzhou Fire and Rescue Detachment of Jiangsu Province, said that the plot of the play is reasonable, the characters are distinctive, the actors choose to fit, and a series of topics such as "life" and "sacrifice" in the play arouse the audience's thinking.
Zhong Chengxiang, a librarian of the Central Research Institute of Culture and History and a well-known literary critic, and many other industry experts and drama critics conducted in-depth discussions on the theme of fire protection and how professional dramas can successfully reflect the real professional concept and lofty professional spirit. They said that the successful selection of materials for the play brought fire protection into the public eye, and achieved an artistic breakthrough in the main theme and industry drama.
