This year's work report of the municipal government proposes to open up the "micro-circulation" of urban and rural circulation, which mentions accelerating the construction of the "two rings and ten shots" road system in and out of the city in the central urban area, building more than 10 municipal roads such as the road on the north side of Lujiangli, and upgrading and renovating Jinluo Avenue (Jinluo Road).

On December 28, the reporter learned from the Municipal Garden Affairs Center that the road and greening renovation project of Huibo Avenue (Phase I) and the road improvement project of Jinluo Road (Huicheng Section) will be opened to traffic on the morning of December 29, and the east side road of No. 4 community in Jiangbei West District (tentatively named No. 4 Road in Jiangbei West District) has also been completed and opened to traffic.

The safety and comfort of Huibo Avenue have been greatly improved

"There were a lot of potholes before, and the car 'clanged' as soon as it passed, but now it is very smooth, and the safety and comfort have been greatly improved, which is great!" Mr. Liao, a citizen, said in an interview on December 28 that he had to commute to and from Jiangbei Street in Huicheng District and Luoyang Street in Boluo County every day, and he was pleasantly surprised by the huge changes in Huibo Avenue after the renovation.

"After about 2 months of overtime construction, the road and greening remediation project (phase I) of Huibo Avenue has completed the disease remediation and surface asphalt paving of the main road line, and basically completed the maintenance task. It is expected that the main line will be opened to traffic at 11 a.m. on December 29. Luo Zhiyong, deputy director of the first engineering department of the Municipal Municipal Garden Affairs Center, said.

On the day of the interview, when driving through Huibo Avenue, the reporter saw that most of the baffles that were originally enclosed for construction had been removed, the road had been repaired, and the construction personnel were putting the finishing touches on the work before opening to traffic, including marking and spraying.

According to reports, Huibo Avenue is one of the main roads in the northwest of Huizhou City, and is also part of the "Two Rings and Ten Shots" road system in and out of the central urban area, starting from Jiangbei Street in Huicheng District in the east and Luoyang Street in Boluo County in the west, with a total length of 13.604 kilometers. The starting point of this renovation is located at the intersection of Sanxin North Road and the end point is near the Xiaojinhe overpass, with a total length of about 5.5 kilometers. The remediation content is mainly to deal with the diseases of the roadway within the construction area, comprehensively replace the surface asphalt, carry out local treatment of the diseases of the sidewalk, and clean up and remediate some of the messy and aging green belts and shrubs on both sides of the road. Since the project was launched on October 24, the construction method of half closed maintenance and the other half of two-way traffic has been adopted, and the construction unit has scientifically deployed machinery, manpower and materials.

Next, the construction personnel will continue to do a good job in the emergency repair and rush work of the two ramps north of the Huibo Avenue overpass on Xiaojinhe Avenue, and seize the time to promote the sidewalk maintenance work, and strive to complete the sidewalk renovation task before the Spring Festival in 2024. In addition, the greening and upgrading work along the road will be launched in a timely manner, so that the road and greening improvement project (phase I) section of Huibo Avenue will meet the design goals and create a comfortable travel environment for the general public.

The road improvement project of Jinluo Road (Huicheng section) was opened to traffic one month ahead of schedule

"The widening of the traffic from two lanes to six lanes has greatly improved traffic comfort. On December 28, before the main line of the Jinluo Road (Huicheng section) road improvement project was officially opened to traffic, Mr. Chen, a citizen, had already experienced the obvious difference before and after the reconstruction of the road section.

"As an important part of opening up the 'microcirculation' of urban and rural circulation, the road improvement project of Jinluo Road (Huicheng Section) has entered the final stage and will be opened to traffic on the morning of December 29. Yang Ganggang, a third-level chief clerk of the Municipal Garden Affairs Center Project, said in an interview that the original road was a two-way two-lane road, which has always been a traffic congestion section, and the original cement road was not ideal in terms of noise and dust prevention. Now widened to six lanes in both directions and resurfaced with asphalt, it will greatly improve the traffic conditions for the public.

Jinluo Road (Huicheng Section) is located in Xiaojinkou Street, planned as the main road of the city, from the intersection of Xiaojinhe Avenue and Huizhou Avenue in the south, to the Guanghui Expressway Bridge in the north, and connected with the Boluo section of Jinluo Road, with a design speed of 50 km/h, a red line of 34.5 meters wide, two-way six lanes, and a design route of about 680 meters long.

"In order to 'return the road to the people' as soon as possible, all our builders worked overtime, overcame various difficulties, lasted 6 months, and successfully opened the main line to traffic 1 month ahead of schedule. Yang Iron and Steel said.

According to reports, although the length of the project route is short, but the construction is difficult, the road section has two viaducts across the Ganzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway and Guanghui high-speed railway, and the construction needs to coordinate with the railway and highway management units and go through the corresponding approval procedures. The underground pipelines are complex and the relocation workload is large.

The project is integrated with the reconstruction project of the Boluo section of Jinluo Road and the high-speed exit reconstruction project of the four corners of Jinlong Avenue, which has improved the traffic situation of the northwest exit of Huicheng District and greatly facilitated the travel of the masses.

In the next step, the Municipal Municipal Garden Affairs Center will work closely with the Xiaojinkou Sub-district Office and other units to speed up the improvement of sidewalks, drainage, street lights, greening and other facilities attached to the road.

No. 4 Road (tentative name) in Jiangbei West District was completed and opened to traffic on December 20

"It used to be a 'dead-end road', but now you can go straight to the Third Ring Road from this road, which is much more convenient!" said Mr. Zhang, a citizen who works on Jiangbei Xinwei Road in Huicheng District.

This year's work report of the municipal government proposes to build more than 10 municipal roads such as the road on the north side of Lujiangli, and the road on the east side of the No. 4 community in Jiangbei West District is one of them.

The road improvement project on the east side of No. 4 Community in Jiangbei West District is located in Jiangbei Street, Huicheng District, with a southwest-northeast direction, south of the current Xinwei Road, north of the municipal road on the east side of Huizhou Daily, and west of Joy Chengguo Community and Taifeng Qianwanhui Community. The total length of the line is about 654 meters, the red line is 38 meters wide, and there are six lanes in both directions, with non-motorized lanes on both sides, and the design speed is 40 km/h. The project started in March this year and was completed and opened to traffic on December 20.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Garden Affairs Center said that in the future, we will continue to efficiently promote the construction of municipal garden and livelihood projects, continuously improve the happiness and satisfaction of citizens, and contribute to the construction of Huizhou into a happier domestic first-class city.
