It sounds like a high-tech technology, but the grassroots managers regard high technology as the absolute basis for law enforcement, and many grassroots managers do not conduct on-the-spot investigations, so they directly notify the village committee by phone, and let the village committee notify the villagers to implement it as soon as possible and restore the cultivated land. Sitting in the office like this, the law enforcement made the peasants cry and laugh, and suffered heavy losses.
The author is also deeply affected by this. As early as 2020, it contracted to plant lemon trees on the corner land next to some old homesteads in the village. These homesteads are many years old, some of the descendants of the owner's family have basically gone to live in the county and town, and some have no descendants, and these homesteads have basically a history of more than 60 years. It stands to reason that these homesteads have existed since before the establishment of New China, and they have never grown food for decades, so I think there should be no problem in planting some lemon fruit trees to increase the family's income. Is this kind of law enforcement too overbearing to ensure the red line of 1.8 billion mu of cultivated land? Other places have occupied cultivated land but have done nothing at all, and are still operating normally. Taking the common people as an "example" and making up for the balance, is this trick a practical thing for the people?
The farms of some large enterprises occupy basic farmland for their breeding land, but when they are photographed by satellites, they can do surface work, temporarily remove the roofs of the houses they are breeding from, and then temporarily pile up some soil on the ground and plant some green plants. These local government authorities are very good at getting things done and protecting local businesses. These people collude with each other to conceal it, I don't believe they are so clean, it's very dirty, it's all corruption, it's all bribery. I do not accept any refutation of this point, and I also hope that the state will make some adjustments, have supervision and management, and everything is said by the grassroots managers, and the people will not be indiscriminate at all.
As peasants, we should have the right to put forward some opinions, because this is a matter that is closely related to the interests of the peasants, and the peasants have low incomes in the first place, so what confidence can they have in farming like this? Those who are worried all day long do not know what is going on when the house they live in is demolished.
The law enforcement map should only be used as a clue to discover illegal acts, and administrative penalties can only be made in accordance with the law after strict and standardized investigation and evidence collection, and this process must be open and transparent, not to operate in the dark, let alone let the village committee make a phone call to implement, asking a clear understanding is the most important thing, so as to be truly fair, otherwise it will lead to many problems in rural areas, not to mention the development of work.
