However, this is not the case in Zhongyue Songshan, the city at the foot of Songshan mountain is Dengfeng City, while Songxian County, which is named after Songshan Mountain, is nearly 100 kilometers away in a straight line, and there are two counties of Ruyang and Yichuan in the middle.

The area around Dengfeng County was originally the capital of The Xia Dynasty, Yangcheng County, the capital of the Xia Dynasty, and the Han Wu Emperor Yuanfeng (110 BC) placed The high county of Kun (Ancient Chinese, Tongchong) in order to sacrifice Mount Taimuro, the seat of government is in today's Dengfeng City. The eastern Han Dynasty sublime county was merged into Yangcheng County. At the beginning of the Tang Dynasty, Zhai Rang, the leader of the Wagang Army, set Song Prefecture in Yangcheng and Songyang Counties, but Song Prefecture was abolished in the third year of Zhenguan. In the seventeenth year of Zhenguan, Songyang County was merged into Yangcheng County and restored soon after. In the first year of Wu Zetian's reign (696), Songyang was changed to Dengfeng County, and Yangcheng County was renamed Jiecheng County. Since then, the name "Dengfeng" has appeared on the stage of history.

Song County has used the longest name in history as "Luhun" County. The term Luhun comes from the powerful clan of the Rong people during the Spring and Autumn Period, "Lu Hun Rong", who originally lived in Guazhou around the present-day city of Jiuquan in Gansu Province, and was forcibly relocated by the Qin state to the western part of present-day Song County in 638 BC.

In the third year (114 BC) of Emperor Yuanding of the Han Dynasty, Luhun County was established, and the seat of government was northeast of present-day Song County. At the beginning of the Sui Kai Emperor (around 581), the name of the county was changed to Fuliu, and at the beginning of Daye (around 604) it was changed back to the name of Luhun, and in the first year of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang (712), Luhun County was abolished.
Calculated, Luhun County has existed in history for about 1,000 years.
At the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, the area around Song County was owned by the puppet regime of the Jin Dynasty, "Pseudo Qi", and in the first year of Shaoxing, the ninth year of Jin Tianhui, and the second year of Pseudo Qi Fuchang (1131), Shunzhou was established, and the Jin Dynasty seized the land of Pseudo Qi in the fifteenth year of Tianhui (1137), which was still Shunzhou. In the third year of Jin Tiande (1151), he moved the prefecture to the old city of Song County, and changed shunzhou to Songzhou.

As for why it was named "Song Prefecture", according to the Qing Dynasty's "Song County Chronicle", it was named after the west of Song Yue (Song Jing, Inan Rubei, Woyun and Jiugao Mountains, followed by Bear's Ears, bet on the outside, for the ridge of Zhongyue).
There were four Song prefectures in the third year of the Jin Dynasty (1141): Yiyang, Fuchang, Yongning, and Changshui County.
In the third year of the Mongol Dynasty (1266), Yiyang County was abolished and merged into Song Prefecture. In the second year of Ming Hongwu (1369), Song Prefecture was demoted to Song County, and qing was therefore the same.

Free counties and pingping counties established in the sixteenth year of the Republic of China
Until the twelfth year of Ming Chenghua, the eastern part of Song County and the western part of Ruzhou were established in Yiyang County (now Ruyang County). In the sixteenth year of the Republic of China (1927), parts of luoyang, dengfeng, Yiyang and Linru counties were analyzed as "freedom" counties, and parts of the four counties of Luoyang, Song, Yiyang and Yiyang were placed as "equal" counties, and in 1932, the two counties of free county and pingping county were merged into Yichuan County. Only between Song County and Song Mountain were Ruyang and Yichuan Counties, so that Song County could not be connected with Dengfeng in administrative areas, and it seemed much farther away from Song Mountain.
