From September 8 to 9, 2018, during the 20th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (hereinafter referred to as the Xiamen Fair), the 2nd International Summit on the Construction of Towns with Chinese Characteristics, with the theme of "Helping the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and Promoting the Development of Characteristic Towns", was held at the Xiamen International Convention Center. The summit was guided by the China Enterprise Confederation, the China Entrepreneurs Association (hereinafter referred to as the "China Federation of Enterprises"), the China Urbanization Promotion Association, etc., and the China Enterprise News Group, the Top Ten News Evaluation Committee of Chinese Enterprises, the International Cooperation Alliance of China Enterprise Parks, and the Conference Affairs Department of the Organizing Committee of the China International Fair for Investment and Trade as the organizers.

Jin Tiande, chief engineer of Hangzhou Urban Construction Design and Research Institute, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, the following is the content of the speech:

Steel structure building has not been well promoted, a very important factor is that the cost of steel structure is higher than the traditional steel structure concrete, and the system I am creating now is the same cost as the traditional steel structure concrete.

In general, all buildings are basically composed of beams, columns, walls, and panels, and first of all, the structure has undergone major innovations. Traditional concrete is like this: two hot-rolled H-shaped steel poured concrete with steel structure, no need to cast molds, no need to tie steel bars, very fast, and the wall surface can be made smaller.

Concrete shear wall, we invented a steel plate through a plurality of control steel composed of shear wall, can be truly assembled, and the cost can be reduced. The main feature of the innovation of our system is that it can make the structural materials 100% fully effective, the traditional concrete structural materials play less than 40%, we can do 100%, do it fast and save money and good.

The content we cover is mainly these aspects, one we created is a box steel plate shear wall, one is a combination of box steel plate columns, as well as column feet, connecting node floor slab system, these are our systematic inventions.

This is the shear wall, this is the floor slab system, this is the external wall system, with our system after calculation can do 100 meters high building, than the traditional 100 meters cast-in-place concrete building is about 10% more expensive, cheaper than the prefabricated PC, if you do 150 meters high building, our system can be equal to the traditional reinforced concrete, if more than 150 meters of super high-rise buildings, our cheaper than reinforced concrete, because we are lighter than concrete overall.

And so far, with our system has been built or is building more than 3 million square meters nationwide, with my new system to complete such a large-scale engineering practice. We used to do a 200-meter comparison, using a reinforced concrete frame core barrel and a steel frame concrete core barrel, and compared with our system, we can basically be cheaper than concrete.

Our system is currently used in urban complexes, offices, stadiums, large theatres, residences, schools, covering almost all types of the construction industry.

This system is applied throughout the country, Zhuhai Hengqin International Trade Building with our system in 200 meters of super high-rise, the original plan is the traditional design of steel structure concrete, our system went up after the cheap cost of 60 million yuan, has been done, In December 2015 has been completed.

The original structural plane is concrete, and later transformed into a steel structure, the thickness of the original concrete shear wall is 1 meter 2, with my only 60 centimeters, the house utilization rate will increase by 7%, and the 128,000 square meters of the house has increased by more than 8,000 square meters. Xiangjiang era in 2016 has been delivered for use, the effect is very good, look at its plane, the original steel structure concrete layout drawings, the room has bamboo, with our later no pillars, this cost is very cheap, our benefits are very good.

Ningbo Shanger Plaza, originally an apartment, three buildings super high-rise consortium, currently only more than 100 meters.

Yiwu medium square, two buildings, this cost is only 140 square meters.

Xiangjiang Changsha A9 Financial Plaza and Hangzhou Yingdu Commercial Plaza are both prefabricated and very fast.

Chongqing e-sports hall with a total construction area of 110,000 square meters, only got the project in May last year to start the design, until last December was completed and put into competition, this venue is general contracted by China Construction Second Bureau.

Regarding residential solutions, our emphasis is not on living for fifty years, but on the requirement of centuries-old quality.

Its structural parts are almost all in the standard house, and we have made such a transformation throughout the life cycle, which is much more convenient than traditional concrete, and different people can completely live together in the house through clever division.

One of the solutions is the wall panel system, and there is also a maintenance system, which we have been very well solved through engineering practice. The house built with our system is exactly the same as the concrete house, and the type of house can be changed at will. Our cost can be basically flat. The prefabrication rate is high, and the use of this system can reach more than 55%, and the wall panel can reach more than 60%.
