"The entire track is divided into 10 stations, and the workers at each station are responsible for only one process, just like the Ford-style automobile production line." Zou Dong said the line can produce a floor slab every 12 minutes.
Sun Anfeng, project manager of Zhuankou Liucun, which uses prefabricated building structures, introduced that the technology is efficient and clean, but it requires higher construction technology, organization and coordination, and worker proficiency. To this end, Sun Anfeng led the team to excavate from the production of prefabricated components, construction processes and other aspects, and continued to come up with solutions. "Since the components can be customized for production, why not just let the factory make 4 pieces and 'assemble' them together on the spot." The technical team finally finalized, and the cast-in-place structure with complex structure and difficult assembly was directly put into the factory for processing and production, which reduced the difficulty of assembly, improved the construction speed, and ensured the quality and safety of the project to the greatest extent. "The proficiency of workers is constantly improving." Sun Anfeng said that at present, the efficiency of one floor can be reached up to 3 days.

Jin Tiande, chairman of Zhejiang Seiko Euler, the investor of the enterprise, introduced that the prefabricated steel structure is used in construction, which has the advantages of "light, fast, good and provincial", and can be widely used in large factories, venues, super high-rise and other fields. He said that the domestic steel structure prefabricated construction industry has entered a stage of rapid development, with the Wuhan Fuxing Seiko prefabricated steel structure industry base put into operation, three days to build a floor of "Wuhan speed" will become a normal model for more local construction enterprises.
The data shows that since the beginning of this year, the Wuhan Development Zone has completed 786,200 square meters of new prefabricated buildings, completing 157.2% of the annual target tasks, ranking first among all districts in Wuhan.

In order to support the development of the construction industry, the Wuhan Development Zone has successively introduced a series of support and incentive policies from the aspects of promoting the agglomeration of the construction industry, increasing scientific and technological innovation, and introducing and cultivating talents. In terms of industrial chain aggregation, if the fixed asset investment reaches 10 million yuan and 30 million yuan or more within the validity period of the construction of enterprises moving into the jurisdiction from January 1, 2019 (up to three years), the reward will be rewarded according to 2% and 6% of the investment amount respectively, and the maximum amount of the reward will be 12 million yuan; in addition, if the annual output value of the special qualification enterprises moving into the district reaches 10 billion yuan within three years, a one-time reward of 10 million yuan will be given; A one-time reward of 5 million yuan will be given; if the headquarters of a design unit with comprehensive Grade A qualification moves into the zone, a one-time reward of 2 million yuan will be given. Moreover, the annual output value of construction enterprises within the district reaches a certain scale, and rewards are also given at different levels every year. For example, if the annual output value of construction enterprises is more than 500 million yuan to 1 billion yuan, and the output value increases by more than 15%, the enterprise will be directly rewarded with 200,000 yuan.
In recent years, while building a trillion-level automobile industry cluster, the Wuhan Economic Development Zone has also vigorously promoted the digitalization, networking and intelligence of traditional manufacturing industries to accelerate development.
