The price range of the M9 is 469,800-569,800 yuan, which can be said to have set a new high for the price of the model cooperated by Huawei and Cialis.

Higher selling prices also mean higher profit margins, can this help Cialis get out of the loss?

More importantly, Huawei reached out to help Cialis in the most difficult time, which can be described as "emergency". Now that Cialis is in deep losses, Huawei has also begun to "save the poor".

Who is Huawei's "pro-son"?

In fact, before the release of the M9, Huawei's layout in the automotive field had just experienced a storm.

On November 26, Huawei and Changan Automobile announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Huawei plans to establish a new company to focus on the R&D, production, sales, and service of intelligent driving systems and incremental components for intelligent and connected vehicles. Huawei intends to integrate the core technologies and resources of the intelligent vehicle solution business into the new company, and Changan Automobile and its affiliates will intend to invest in the new company in exchange for no more than 40% of the equity.

Previously, Changan Automobile's AVATR brand was the only car company that supported Huawei's smart car BU HI model, and compared with the question of Huawei's smart car model, it was considered that the blessing and sales of the Huawei brand were not too ideal.

Wenjie is Huawei's own son, and AVATR is the godson, which is the outside world's perception of the two brands.

However, Changan Automobile took the lead in signing an investment intention cooperation with Huawei Smart Car BU, which was one step ahead of Cialis, and there was a bit of an anti-customer-oriented taste.

At the same time as Changan Automobile's share price rose, Cialis ushered in a sharp drop in its share price on the same day, once falling more than 7%.

An industry insider said, "Huawei and Chang'an have in-depth cooperation, and AVATR has benefited the most. Cialis cried and fainted in the toilet, his father married one, and he originally had a godson in the intellectual world, and he will have many children in the future, can Cialis still be favored?"

Sailis issued a statement late that night, saying that Sailis is currently the vehicle partner with the deepest cooperation, the widest range and the largest installed volume of Huawei car BU. According to the relevant provisions of the long-term strategic cooperation agreement signed by the two parties, the strategic adjustment of the car BU will not affect the long-term strategic partnership between the two parties, the parts supply relationship with Cialis, and the continuous provision of products and services for AITO car owners and potential users.

In addition, Cialis also revealed that it has received an invitation to jointly invest in the target company and jointly participate in the creation of an electrified and intelligent open platform, and the company is actively demonstrating the relevant matters related to participation in investment and cooperation.

At a time when the outside world is worried about the fall of favor with Cialis, Yu Chengdong, chairman of Huawei's smart car BU, personally stepped forward to stand for it, and he emphasized on Weibo that Hongmeng Zhixing is currently the most comprehensive, closest and most in-depth cooperation model between Huawei and car companies, with the most advanced Huawei smart car innovation technology blessing, and the best intelligent experience. Huawei will continue to work with Sailis to bring more and better products and services to consumers.

A person familiar with the matter told Sina Technology that car companies had doubts about the cooperation with Huawei's smart car BU, but now it is a separate neutral platform, and interested car companies can take shares to better cooperate.

For example, when Chen Hong, chairman of SAIC, was asked whether he would cooperate with Huawei for autonomous driving, he directly said, "This is like a company providing us with an overall solution, so that it becomes the soul and SAIC becomes the body." For such a result, SAIC is unacceptable, we have to take our souls into our own hands. ”

The establishment of a new company with diversified equity in intelligent vehicle solutions can solve the doubts of these car companies to a certain extent.

However, there are still some questions to be solved, such as whether HarmonyOS Zhixing, which represents Huawei's smart car business, will be installed in the new company, which remains to be finalized, because HarmonyOS is not in Huawei's intelligent car solution BU, but under Huawei's terminal BG.

Judging from the "poster showdown" between Changan AVATR and Hongmeng Zhixing, although Huawei's smart car BU is about to be spun off independently, the battle between Huawei's HI mode and the smart car model is still not over.

More importantly, Hongmeng Zhixing is also ushering in more and more partners, such as the Zhijie in cooperation with Chery, Yu Chengdong previously revealed that there are also "two worlds" in cooperation with BAIC and JAC, on the one hand, the world is selling well, but on the other hand, it is no longer the exclusive favorite of Huawei and Yu Chengdong, ushering in more and more "brothers", and there will inevitably be some resource competition and market competition between brothers.

Can Cialis get out of the loss?

With the blessing of Huawei, the question world jointly created by Huawei and Celis has risen again after several months of silence.

In October this year, Wenjie delivered 12,700 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 5.42%, and in November this year, a total of 18,827 vehicles were delivered, a year-on-year increase of 127.93% and a month-on-month increase of 48.24%.

The hot sales of Wenjie have also contributed a lot to the sales of Cialis. In November this year, the sales volume of new energy vehicles of Sailis Group was 23,834, a year-on-year increase of 104.39%, of which the sales volume of Sailis Automobile was 20,318, a year-on-year increase of 145.92%.

However, the increase in sales did not bring profits to Cialis.

According to the third quarter report released by Cialis a few days ago, its operating income in the third quarter was 5.648 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 47.25%, and the net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 950 million yuan, and the revenue in the first three quarters was 16.680 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.86%, and the net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 2.294 billion yuan.

Whether the sales growth in October and November can get Cialis out of the predicament still needs to wait for the fourth quarter financial report to verify.

On the whole, after cooperating with Huawei, although Cialis has achieved a certain sales boost, it has not brought financial benefits, and even increased losses. Behind this is that Cialis has to invest huge sales expenses and R&D expenses in Wenjie models.

According to the 2022 financial report of Cialis, its sales expenses reached 4.82 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 276.55%, and the corresponding net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2022 also reached 3.832 billion yuan, and in the first three quarters of this year, the R&D expenses of Cialis were 1.091 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.42%.

In fact, Cialis is not completely betting his life on Huawei.

However, according to the data released by the Passenger Association, the sales volume of the blue electric E5 in October was only 925 units, and it did not become a hit.

If you buy the blue electric E5 enjoyment type, the cash will be reduced by 40,100 yuan, that is, the price will only start at 99,800 yuan. It seems that blue electric vehicles also need to rely on price wars to save a wave of sales.
