Compared with the old and new management measures, the new regulations focus on access approval and ex-ante supervision compared with the previous game regulation, supplement the detailed rules on R&D, operation, and monetization, and strengthen the linkage of supervision during and after the event, with the aim of optimizing the supply of games, improving quality, and improving the efficiency of approval and supervision, and many adjustments in the new regulations have been reflected in actual regulatory practice since 2019.
