Don't live up to the time 丨 Wang Chen

author:Palm Qujing

There is an inconspicuous flower in front of my house, the flowering period is very short, and it has recently bloomed very well, and it seems that it does not want to live up to this short time. In the countryside, this flower is often planted under the eaves in front of the house, on the balcony of the house, on the wall on the side of the house, on the side of the vegetable garden behind the house... Guess what flower it is? This flower is a daffodil. Daffodils are well-known in the countryside, but they are inconspicuous because of their short life and short plants.

Recently, the garden in front of the house suddenly added a touch of pink, take a closer look, only to find that it is a few clusters of daffodils blooming, and I do not know where these daffodils come from. Maybe no one pays attention to it, only to see it next to each other, next to each other, against the background of a cluster of dark green leaves, in the short days given by nature to give it everything, trying to bloom, not to lose time.

I love to keep flowers, but I've never had daffodils. In life, I have not seen people who specialize in raising daffodils, and even if I occasionally see someone raising a few plants, it is also some inconspicuous places in the small courtyard of the farm. I have seen people plant it in a worn-out vegetable pot, someone plant it in a cracked bucket, and even someone will take a paper cup and take half a glass of water, throw it into the cup, and put it on the wall, on the windowsill, in the corner, and let it die. It always sprouts, grows and blossoms silently with its head down, and it may have flowered and few people pay attention to it, let alone plant it in a fine glass basin or an elegant ceramic basin, carefully serving and watching.

Although people are indifferent to daffodils, in this hot summer, in this day of vigorous life, in this scorching land of the sun, in this hot air, it still cherishes the time in front of it and strives to sing the praises of life loudly. It is not afraid of heat at all, one bunch to the east, one cluster to the west, the net plant stands upright, swaying, from buds to full bloom, it does not hesitate. Each petal reveals a faint reddish pink, crystal clear, delicate and lovely, they are like dressed dancers carefully dressed by makeup masters, the breeze blows, dancing, elegant as a delicate. On the stage covered with green carpets, they smile, move lightly, and swing their feminine postures, showing the beauty of life.

You see, how confident they are, how free they are.

Looking at this moving dance, the butterflies and bees were drunk and motionless, and I was also drunk, but unfortunately the time of this dance was too short, too short...

The heat of the summer makes people like to stay at home to escape the heat, do not want to go out to do things, and have no intention of nostalgia for the beauty of the world, but we still have to be busy and running for life.

After work, I want to relax for a while. After lunch, I dragged my tired body to the costume dance of the flower fairies again, but everything in front of me made me unable to bear to look directly, they seemed to be asleep, and although each petal still held a hint of red and pink beauty, they all curled up listlessly, losing their former glory and vitality. Looking closely, I found that they had quietly left, I suddenly fell into contemplation, a sense of loss of "helpless flowers falling" inexplicably surged into my heart, when I reluctantly looked at these curled petals again, I saw that they were still trying to emit the last touch of red pink when they withered.

On that once-known hot day, it blossomed quietly; in that inadvertent blink of an eye, it withered quietly. How could the life of a daffodil be so short, so short that it did not last even a summer, so short that it was hurried away without being able to savor it.

I think that the choice of daffodils to bloom briefly in such a hot and rainy season may be telling us the true meaning of the supremacy of life!

It came hurriedly with a smile, smiled silently, and made a passer-by who waved his sleeves and did not charm in the quiet and beautiful time. It interprets the beauty of a blossoming life in less than a week of brilliant years and water-like tenderness.

Looking at the last glimmer of enthusiasm when daffodils are dying, I understand what is the real negative time - although life is limited, living is to strive to bloom.
