On January 2, Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. held a leadership team adjustment meeting, and Liao Huajun, deputy director of the Second Bureau of enterprise cadres of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, announced the appointment and dismissal decision and made a speech on behalf of the SASAC Party Committee. Comrade Wang Chen was appointed as a member of the Party Committee of Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. and nominated as a candidate for deputy general manager; Comrade Huang Songtao no longer held the position of party committee member and deputy general manager of Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd., and was exchanged to Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Technology Group Co., Ltd. as a member of the Party Committee and nominated as a candidate for deputy general manager.

Zhao Xiaochen, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group, presided over the meeting and made a speech. Wang Chen and Huang Songtao made statements.
